São Martinho do Porto is a beautiful small village known for its distinctive shell-shaped bay. Due to the bay’s protected shape, the beach is especially suitable for families with small children, as the strong Atlantic currents are not present in the same way as on more exposed beaches.

- The refundable security deposit is returned to you 2 weeks after your stay.

Christmas & New Year:

- Please be aware that for bookings over Christmas and New Year's, property managers will charge an additional damages deposit of €500, to be paid locally. Alongside this, guests are asked to sign an agreement to vacate the property immediately in case of any anti-social behavior.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation fee of 20% of the booking up to 5 weeks before the holiday and 100% when the holiday is less than 5 weeks away.
