- The refundable security deposit is returned to you 2 weeks after your stay.

 

CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR:

- Please note that for bookings during Christmas and New Year, the property managers will charge an additional €500 damage deposit, payable locally. Guests are also required to sign an agreement confirming that they will vacate the property immediately in the event of any antisocial behaviour.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

- Cancellation fee of 20% of the booking up to 5 weeks before the holiday and 100% when the holiday is less than 5 weeks away.
