Description
The house has 3 bedrooms sleeping 5 people and a baby. The
bedrooms include 2 double rooms and a single bedroom in the
basement with a shower room opposite. Should you need it the owner
have also provided fans for the rooms.
There are 3 bathrooms, 1 of which is en-suite to the master
bedroom. There are two shower rooms with WC and the en-suite which
has a bath and shower over + WC. One of the shower rooms is on the
ground floor.
If you have a baby, a highchair and a travel cot can be provided
(you must bring your own bed linen for the cot). Please request
this when booking.
The lounge has been arranged for comfort and there is a TV with
cable and Satellite TV with a DVD player. There are also books,
games and DVDs you can use. There is also free Wi-Fi throughout the
property and there is a speaker that can be used for your phone to
play music through.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook
at home, including a dishwasher.
For your car there is a private driveway for the property so you
don't need to worry about parking.
Unusually for a house like this, it is also part of a complex,
meaning it benefits from the use of a communal tennis court. Feel
free to use that whenever you want. The owner has left rackets for
your use.
This is a truly unique property with a lot to offer guests.
São Martinho is a beautiful small village, with a shell shaped bay. Due to its particular shape, the bay is the ideal beach for families with small children, as the strong sea current characteristic of the Atlantic ocean is not present here.
Throughout the sea front there are lovely restaurants, where you
can delight yourself with delicious Portuguese food, nice cafés and
bars.
Just a stroll away along the coast line and you'll find Salir do
Porto River beach, which has the river streaming to the ocean and
is also perfect for families due to its calm waters.

Check-ins are from 2PM to 7PM. If you think you will arrive later than 7PM, please contact us before booking to confirm if a late arrival will be possible. If a late arrival is agreed, please know that there is a charge of € 25 to be paid locally.
This property is unavailable for arrivals on the 24th, 25th, 26th of December and also on January 1st. On New Year's Eve, arrivals are possible only until 3pm.
Please note, we can only accept bookings from guests aged 21 years or older.
