Nestled in the picturesque village of Chão da Parada, just 5km from São Martinho Do Porto, this property offers an ideal setting for a romantic getaway or for small families and groups of friends, 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults, seeking a peaceful retreat without being too far from amenities.

The house boasts an inviting open-plan layout, comprising a well-equipped lounge, dining area, and kitchen, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Guests will appreciate the complimentary Wi-Fi and a Smart TV.

The bedroom features a cozy double bed (160x200), while additional sleeping arrangements can be made with the sofa-bed (120x190) in the lounge, accommodating two more guests.

Step outside onto the spacious terrace, which is thoughtfully furnished with outdoor dining furniture and sun-loungers, perfect for enjoying meals under the sun and relaxing by the pool.

Convenience is key with a private parking space available for one car.

São Martinho is a beautiful small village, with a shell shaped bay. Due to its particular shape, the bay is the ideal beach for families with small children, as the strong sea current characteristic of the Atlantic ocean is not present here.

Throughout the sea front there are lovely restaurants, where you can delight yourself with delicious Portuguese food, nice cafés and bars.
Just a stroll away along the coast line and you'll find Salir do Porto River beach, which has the river streaming to the ocean and is also perfect for families due to its calm waters.
