- There's a mandatory final cleaning charge of €75.

Check-in/ Check-out Times:

- Check-in from 16:00 to 20:00.

- Check-out until 10:00.

Late Arrival Charge:

- Please note that there is a charge of €20 for all arrivals after 20:00h.

Refundable Security Deposit: € 150

- The refundable security deposit is returned to you 2 weeks after your stay.

- The security deposit increases to € 300 over the Christmas and New Year period.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation fee of 20% of the booking up to 5 weeks before the holiday and 100% when the holiday is less than 5 weeks away.
