There are three bedrooms that all have double beds. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge so the property can sleep eight in total. There is a shower room en-suite to the master bedroom.

There are 2 main bathrooms, both have a bath and shower over.

For entertainement inside, the property offers free Wi-Fi and cable TV channels.

The complex itself has a lot to do within its beautiful grounds and you only need to walk along the coast line by 1km (10 mins) to get to the bay of São Martinho do Porto. In the complex itself you have a tennis court, 3 lovely pools, 2 child pools, a squash court and a mini-golf course. There is a games room, equipped with a pool table, a ping pong table and also complimentary Wi-Fi access, which should also reach the area of the second pool. All of the facilities are free to use for residents/guests of the complex. 

São Martinho is a beautiful small village, with a shell shaped bay. Due to its particular shape, the bay is the ideal beach for families with small children, as the strong sea current characteristic of the Atlantic ocean is not present here.

Throughout the sea front there are lovely restaurants, where you can delight yourself with delicious Portuguese food, nice cafés and bars.
Just a stroll away along the coast line and you'll find Salir do Porto River beach, which has the river streaming to the ocean and is also perfect for families due to its calm waters.
