The property consists of 8 spacious bedrooms. Four of the bedrooms are equipped with kingsized beds (two of the rooms also have a double sofa bed that sleeps 2 people each) and the four other bedrooms are equipped with twin beds.

A further day bed in one of the twin bedrooms allows for another 2 people - the villa can therefore sleep up to 22 guests.

The property also benefits from 2 separate kitchens, one of which is on the ground floor; the other is located on the first floor. Both kitchens are fully equipped and provide a fabulous working environment for home cooking.

The property also consists of 2 large and beautifully presented lounges - the perfect environments for relaxation. The lounges benefit from Satellite TV with UK channels, free Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs with DVD players and a good selection of DVDS. There are also two fireplaces with free wood supplied.

The property also has 2 family bathrooms and a further 3 en-suite bathrooms, each of which has been tastefully presented and well equipped.

Further features of the property include 2 balconies and some fantastic outdoor space with an outside covered kitchen / bar / dining area. Still outside, you may enjoy yourself with a match of table tennis and you will also find a pool table, a football table, and even an outdoor hot tub!

Located in the heart of São Martinho do Porto, the villa is in a fantastic location for access to numerous bars, cafes and restaurants.

The walk to the beach is very easy at a distance of 1 km.

São Martinho is a beautiful small village, with a shell shaped bay. Due to its particular shape, the bay is the ideal beach for families with small children, as the strong sea current characteristic of the Atlantic ocean is not present here.

Throughout the sea front there are lovely restaurants, where you can delight yourself with delicious Portuguese food, nice cafés and bars.
Just a stroll away along the coast line and you'll find Salir do Porto River beach, which has the river streaming to the ocean and is also perfect for families due to its calm waters.

Unfortunately, due to unauthorised parties in the past, all exclusive adult bookings are not allowed. The group needs to be a mix of adults and children.
