The bright lounge with dining area offers a comfortable and pleasing space for entertaining moments inside. There is TV with cable channels, free Wi-Fi connection, books and board games for all ages. From here you have access to one of the 3 balconies of the property, where you have a breakfast area with view over the sea and one of the pools. 

The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you might need for self catering and from there you have access to the second balcony where you have a private barbecue, a rare feature in the complex.

All 3 bedrooms are on the upper floor. The first and second bedrooms have King sized beds, and the third has 4 single beds (arranged by 2 single beds with pull out single beds below).

Both bathrooms, have a bath and shower over (one on each floor).

Another rare feature of this property is its own roof-top terrace where you will find 2 sun-loungers for your use, so you can privately enjoy the sun and the amazing views over the ocean.

The owner has kindly provided all the equipment you need to enjoy the tennis and squash court and other free amenities of the complex.

The property benefits from a pellet burner, which distributes the heat throughout all the heaters of the home, making this apartment an excellent choice for a stay in the colder months.

The complex itself has a lot to do within its beautiful grounds, you have a tennis court, 3 lovely pools, 2 child pools, a squash court, a games room and a a mini-golf course. All of the facilities are free to use for residents/guests of the complex. 

The complex is located on top of a hill, 1 km (10 minutes) from the bay of São Martinho do Porto and its many cafes and restaurants.
