The property benefits of 3 bedrooms, all of generous size. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds, one of which has a ensuite shower room and the third bedroom has twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have access to the balconies of the apartment. 

The lounge area is large and beautifully furnished. There is a good-sized sofa, providing comfortable seating and a reading nook with a small table and 2 armchairs for relaxing moments inside. There is a dining area with a table and 6 dining chairs. From the lounge you have acces to one of the two balconies of the property, where you'll find a small round table and 2 chairs, a perfect spot to enjoy a refreshing drink and enjoy the peacefullness of the area. For entertainment inside, there is cable TV, DVD player with a selection a DVDs for children, free Wi-Fi and many board games.

The kitchen is wide and comes with all the necessary equipment to make cooking meals an easy and delightful moment. There is an additional dining table and chairs in the kitchen and acces to the second balcony of the home, where you have the barbecue. From this balcony you have a view over the internal communal patio area where you have a barbecue area, which you are also free to use, if you like and a play area on sand for children, which is a great benefit, as you can keep an eye on the younger ones while they have a bit of fun outside in a safe and enclosed environment.

The property is located in the tranquil town of Alfeizerão, very well known for its famous "Pão-de-ló" cake, which you can delight your taste buds with, only 1km away from the apartment. For fun days out, São Martinho do Porto bay is 4 km away, Foz do Arelho is 19 km away and Nazaré only 14 km away.
