Everything was great. The beach is a 2-minute walk, cafes and restaurants nearby. Prices are reasonable. We vacationed with children. The pool is excellent, clean.

Nous avons passer un très bon séjours. Logements impeccables et biens situer à 2 min de la mer à pied . Terrasse avec vue sur la mer comme sur les photos . Rien à redire.

Good value for money. Nice terrace. Great location.

We had a really good visit here. The location and the view were great, parking wasn't bad in shoulder season. The beds and couches were not as comfortable as we would have liked and doors in the house were noisy.

 

Never had a chance to thank you for letting us use your beautiful home it was a wonderful getaway with my sisters and my nephews thank you again and hope to see you again next year. God bless.

 

Very bright apartments, you just need to go down the stairs to the beach, but we spent more time by the pool. The whole family was very satisfied with their stay in these apartments.

 

 

 

 

Es un dúplex muy amplio y fantásticas vistas y habitaciones amplias, salón comedor muy cómodo y amplio.Terrazas muy agradables y la de la planta superior muy grande . Limpieza bien. Lesley nos ofreció poder entrar pronto por estar sin ocupar que es de agradecer. Fácil aparcamiento en la calle. Hay parking pero muy dificultoso. Es una pena el acceso a la puerta de la vivienda que es una cuesta hasta la puerta del garaje y luego una escalerilla sin barandilla para poder agarrarse. Para personas con silla de ruedas no recomendable. Hemos pasado unos estupendos días. Muy recomendable.

When you wake up and open the shutters you look out over Sao Martinho's bay. And what better way to start the day by having breakfast on the balcony with the same view! This two story, three bedroom appartment was just right for our small family of three. It has a big kitchen, where you can do some proper cooking, a good sized living/dining area with satellite TV and good WiFi. The appartment is situated in a fairly quiet part of Sao Martinho, with possibility of free street parking nearby. As is usual in Portuguese towns, you have to navigate a small bit of steep street to get to the door of the appartment. A great bakery "Concha" is nearby and walking a bit further you pass a small supermarket and reach the daily fresh market. For the supermarket we preferred the short drive to the Continente in Nazaré. Filling up the tank is cheapest at the local Intermarche. Contact with the agency was very good, and upon arrival we were warmly greeted by Lesley. When due to an neighborhood outage the spark of the hob wouldn't function anymore, her husband dropped by within the hour to help us out. In the master bedroom that we slept in, there was a visible spot on the ceiling from an old leakage- that could use a bit of paint. Some superficial cracks in the plaster on some of the walls. Other than that... It's a great, cool and clean appartment, well situated. Would recommend visiting the castle and old Town of Leiria, the Convent in Tomar, Caves of Mira Aire, Nazaré and of course enjoy the beach and bistro's of Sao Martinho do Porto! And if you turn in after a hefty day of leisure, close the shutters, but be sure to leave the sliding door slightly open, so you can fall asleep to the sound of the surf.

Appartement très très bien situé et dans une belle résidence. L'appartement en lui même est vraiment sympa, photos conforme à la réalité. Piscine dans la résidence accessible facilement et très adaptée à tous. Plage à proximité, accessible par un escalier. Tout est proche. São Martinho do Porto est très jolie et vraiment tranquille pour les familles avec des enfants petits. Nous recommandons.

Séjour en famille dans un super appartement , spacieux, propre et fonctionnel , face à la plage (vue magnifique dès le réveil !!!) Piscine surveillée au pied de l'appartement Un séjour super agréable et nous y reviendrons certainement ����

A casa esta em bom estado, tem boa localização e está perto de tudo em geral. O único problema é a cozinha, está mal equipada, não tem varinha magica para passar a sopa, os tachos e panelas são escassos. Não tem grelhador a carvão nem grelhador para fazer nos bicos a gaz. De resto recomendo.

 

 

Lovely spacious apartment in a quiet location. Great views of the beach from terrace. 3 good sized bedrooms. Lovely pool with childrens section. Look forward to returning again in the future.

Our second stay in this apartment and we’re glad we came back. One or two minor issues in the apartment were quickly and efficiently dealt with and we had a wonderful time overall. Pool was fantastic and the beach as gorgeous as ever. We didn’t want to leave and will visit again if we can.

Très bel appartement, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer ,très grandes pièces et un jolie balcon malheureusement l’insonorisation de l’appartement laisse à désiré. La piscine est grande et partagé avec quelques appartements, la piscine n’est aussi pas chauffé. Supermarché et restaurant présent aussi à proximité

Una casa preciosa, muy bien equipada, y muy bien ubicada. Preciosas vistas. Todo limpio y perfecto. Wifi, Tv satélite, DVD, Android, Equipo altavoces Aple, hasta accesorios de playa y piscina en el garaje. No faltaba de nada. El anuncio se queda corto describiendo la comodidad de la casa. Piscina perfecta y justo al lado de la puerta y con acceso a la playa a 3 minutos. Persona de contacto amable, estaba esperándonos y nos dio tiempo de sobra a la salida. En general una casa preciosa muy bien ubicada en una zona de Portugal familiar, bonita y tranquila. Repetiré sin duda algún día.

Dès notre arrivée nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par la personne représentant les propriétaires. Très bon contact avec l'Agence, réponses rapides. Appartement très propre, grand, spacieux, avec tout le matériel nécessaire, bonne literie. Très apprécié également la wi-fi, commodités proches (10 mn maxi à pieds). Très bon restaurants. Vue imprenable sur la Baie de ST Marthinéo. Je recommande cette location.

The apartment was beautiful,spotless and more than met our expectations. And the view was stunning!! One minute's walk to the pool and two minutes to the beach. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and were able to contact the agent without any trouble at all. Sao Martinho do Porto is a gem of a resort, weather was perfect and the Portuguese people were a delight. The apartment is well placed for the beach/ sea front, and also for the local market, café and grocery store.

Appartement très bien situé à proximité de la plage et du '' centre-ville''. Bien équipé et propre. Le seul inconvénient est l'absence de Wi-Fi.

The apartment was perfect for us. We were a family of seven so i suits us that it was at two floor apartment. Clean and in good condition. The location was really nice. And we had everything we needed just around the corner..... The Children loved the pool area . Beautiful beach:)
