Perfect for families or groups of friends on holiday together, wanting privacy yet very easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops and bars (just 200 meters to the closest bar and 600 meters to the beach).
The owner has equipped the property with all yu need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher.
The comfortable open plan lounge is connected to the dining area and kitchen, so the group can all be together in the same space when they want to be and have delightful convivial moments.
Outside, in the lovely terrace, besides the amazing and large covered private pool, you'll find sun loungers and chairs, an outdoor dining table, an outdoor kitchen area with BBQ and even a bathroom for your use when outside. The whole exterior area and pool is for exclusive use of guests on the ground-floor.
Free Wi-Fi is available and there is Satellite TV including channels in English and other languages and a DVD player with DVDs to watch.
There are 3 bedrooms, bedroom 1 has twin beds, with a curtained off section to another area to a single bed with pull out bed underneath; bedroom 2 has a double bed, a seating and changing area and en-suite bathroom and bedroom 3 has twin beds. The property can therefore accommodate up to 7 guests in all comfort.
A cot with bedding is also provided - please request this on booking; it is free of charge. A high chair can also be provided on request.
For parking, there is secure off-street parking for at least 2 cars. There is also free parking on the streets around the property.
The property is ideal for spring, summer, autumn and winter as it has the benefit of the beautiful pool being enclosed in a conservatory to keep the heat in. This pool is going to be much warmer than most outdoor pools meaning you can spend much more time in it. Additionally, for the winter months, the property has central heating.
All bedding and towels are provided including beach towels.
No-smoking inside the property.
São Martinho is a beautiful small village, with a shell shaped bay. Due to its particular shape, the bay is the ideal beach for families with small children, as the strong sea current characteristic of the Atlantic ocean is not present here.
Throughout the sea front there are lovely restaurants, where you can delight yourself with delicious Portuguese food, nice cafés and bars.
Just a stroll away along the coast line and you'll find Salir do Porto River beach, which has the river streaming to the ocean and is also perfect for families due to its calm waters.

Refundable Security Deposit: € 200
- The refundable security deposit is returned to you 3 days after your stay.
- The security deposit increases to € 500 over the Christmas and New Year period.

- Christmas/New Year bookings of less than 1 week, over this period, will be charged for 1 week and the security deposit increases to € 500.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation fee of 20% of the booking up to 5 weeks before the holiday, and 100% when the holiday is less than 5 weeks away.
