The bedroom is spacious with a large double bed, built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a sofa for reading, cable TV and a desk with an adjustable chair, in case you need to work during your stay. The bed linen and towels provided are of high quality to provide greater comfort.
The living room, which is separated by a door from the entrance hall, has a double sofa bed, allowing up to 4 people to sleep comfortably and in complete privacy in the property. The bathroom has a large shower cubical. The "deck", equipped with an electric awning and with a panoramic view of the ocean, precedes a private lawn with a barbecue, where you can prepare your favorite grilled dishes, have your meals and enjoy the delicious sun and the stunning views.
To guarantee your total comfort, this apartment provides you with access to a private garage box, where you can park your car in complete safety and which is just a short flight of stairs away from the apartment.
Ideal for all members of the family, the complex offers 3 swimming pools, a mini golf course, multipurpose court (tennis, football, basketball, etc.) and squash. The common areas of the condominium have Wi-Fi for guest's use.
São Martinho is a beautiful town, with a shell-shaped bay, making it the ideal beach for families with young children, as the strong sea current characteristic of the Atlantic Ocean is not present there. For the more adventurous, Gralha beach (unsupervised…) is an alternative for those who appreciate calm, tranquility and the pleasure of nature in its natural state.
Along the promenade next to the bay there are pleasant cafes, bars and restaurants, where you can enjoy delicious Portuguese food. Strolling along the coastline you will find the river beach of Salir do Porto, which has the river flowing into the ocean and is also perfect for families due to its calm waters.

- The refundable security deposit is returned to you 2 weeks after your stay.
- The security deposit increases to € 300 over the Christmas and New Year period.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation fee of 20% of the booking up to 5 weeks before the holiday, and 100% when the holiday is less than 5 weeks away.

Nous avons trouvé ce logement parfaitement équipé et spacieux, même pour 4 personnes (2 adultes + 2 enfants). Piscine très propre et bien dimensionnée pour le nombre de résidents. Il y avait suffisamment de transats. Nous souhaiterions revenir.
Emplacement exceptionnel avec vue sur la mer. Des piscines très bien entretenue. Filipe et sa femme très accueillant, bienveillant et réactif.
