Description
There are three bedrooms that all have double beds. There is
also a double sofa bed in the lounge so the property can sleep
eight in total. There is a shower room en-suite to the master
bedroom.
There are 2 main bathrooms, both have a bath and shower
over.
The complex itself has a lot to do within its beautiful grounds
and you only need to walk along the coast line by 1km (10 mins) to
get to the bay of São Martinho do Porto. In the complex itself you
have a tennis court, 3 lovely pools, 2 child pools, a squash court,
a games room and a mini-golf course. All of the facilities are free
to use for residents/guests of the complex.
There is free Wi-Fi in the apartment and also in the communal areas of the complex.
São Martinho is a beautiful small village, with a shell shaped bay. Due to its particular shape, the bay is the ideal beach for families with small children, as the strong sea current characteristic of the Atlantic ocean is not present here.
Throughout the sea front there are lovely restaurants, where you
can delight yourself with delicious Portuguese food, nice cafés and
bars.
Just a stroll away along the coast line and you'll find Salir do
Porto River beach, which has the river streaming to the ocean and
is also perfect for families due to its calm waters.

- Please note that arrivals after 22:00 will be charged at € 25 to be paid on arrival.
Refundable Security Deposit: € 150
- The refundable security deposit is returned to you 2 weeks after your stay.
- The security deposit increases to € 300 over the Christmas and New Year period.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation fee of 20% of the booking up to 5 weeks before the holiday, and 100% when the holiday is less than 5 weeks away.

Très bon séjour en général avec vue sur la mer magnifique Complexe très beau avec ses 3 piscines et ses espaces verts Les points négatifs de cette location il y en a 2 : * le chauffe eau qu il faudrait penser à changer car il n arrêtait pas de se couper alors quand il faut prendre des douches pour 7 personnes... * il y avait beaucoup d humidité dans la maison alors pour faire sécher du linge cela n'était pas évident il faut dire aussi que le temps n'y était non plus... Mais à part cela vaut le détour ����
Propriedade bem localizada, ótima estadia. O apartamento é grande, bastante espaçoso, todas as comodidades necessárias e limpeza impecável. Condomínio agradável, sossegado e uma vista maravilhosa. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo sr. Filipe. Espero regressar novamente. Recomendo
We stayed at the Cereja apartment in the Gilma Facho complex in June. We loved everything about it and it was one of the best we'd ever stayed in. The apartment is huge, the views amazing and the whole complex with pools, games room and mini golf was really lovely. The team at Rental Retreats were really helpful with our booking and Filipe, the guy that met us and showed us around the apartment was great too. The walk downhill to Sao Martinho took about 10/15 mins with a four year old and we managed to go back uphill evening to walk off the food from one of the many fantastic restaurants in town. Would definitely recommend both Sao Martinho & the Cereja apartment.
Apartamento muy amplio con todas las necesidades ideal para 6 personas (el sofá-cama no es muy aconsejable). El jardín y la terraza espectaculares. Se estropeó una cisterna de un WC que vinieron a arreglar.
