Adoramos a estadia. A casa tem ótimas condições e o espaço está muito bem decorado. A zona é muito sossegada e linda. O Sr. Filipe e a D. Lina foram muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Uma experiência a repetir.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour grâce à l'accueil chaleureux et la disponibilité des hôtes ! La maison correspond aux photos. Les draps et serviettes de bain étaient impeccables. Maison propre et lumineuse, avec un magnifique point de vue. Le centre de la ville et les plages sont largement accessibles à pieds. Le service check-out est super ! Il n'y a pas besoin de s'embêter à passer l'aspirateur :D. Merci à Lina et Filipe pour vos conseils et vos sourires. Au plaisir de vous revoir :)

The place is exactly as described, very pleasant home. Beautiful location, beautiful garden, terrace and view to the sea. A plus is the walking distance to restaurants, market and shops.

Belle location sur les dessus de sao martinho. Une très belle vue sur la plage et l'océan. Logement très agréable au calme. On peut profiter des espaces extérieurs. A recommander.

The apartment in São Martinho do Porto was very nice, just as it was described in the pictures. It offers a lot of space, the beach is nearby and a great view. We were well informed in advance and in the apartment itself there were also tips on where to eat or what to do.

 

 

 

 

A casa é otima. O exterior da mesma é o seu ponto forte. Imenso espaço e as vistas são lindissimas. A casa é fresh and clean, bem decorada e com tudo que é necessário de forma funcional. O único ponto que poderia melhorar, é que para o preço praticado, justificava-se investir em colocar uma piscina na mesma, dado que espaço não falta. :) Recomendo a estadia. Obrigada.

Estadia muito agradável. A casa em si é boa, mas o quarto casal pequeno e fracamente equipado. O jardim envolvente da casa é fantástico e pode ser muito bem utilizado, sendo ótimo para relaxar.

 

 

Hemos estado dos parejas con un niño cada una, muy bien, inmejorable para estar con niños, con un jardín en el que disfrutaron a lo grande. La casa, amueblada adecuadamente, concesión WiFi y canales satélites, play station y multitud de libros y juegos. Las estancias bastante bien, una de las habitaciones un tanto pequeña, pero para unos días está bien, cocina muy bien, utensios de cocina y menaje del hogar muy bien, barbacoa con bastante leña. Ubicación un poco a las afueras de Sao Martinho do Porto. La persona que nos atendió muy muy amable y servicial. Superatento

Location is great however quite an uphill walk from centre of Sao Martinho do Porto (SMP). If choosing to walk please be advised that there is an elevator taking you from ground level in central SMP up 4 levels which takes about a 5 minute uphill walk off your journey. This is situated in the tourist info building which is opposite Cafe Rosa. The lift is open until 9pm every night. Otherwise it is around 6 - 7 euro taxi to the villa. A shorter walk down from the villa is the daily market where fresh fruit/veg/fish can be found along with other small shops/cafes etc. The villa itself - the owners have changed the master bedroom to accomodate a single bed and a bunk bed so can sleep 3 (kids/teens). The new 'master' bedroom is very small and with a small but comfy double bed. Bathrooms do not have a window so do get a bit musty, especially the one attached to the kids room but there is a dehumidifier in there which does help a bit. Outside, the property comes into its own with outstanding views across the Atlantic. The garden is great - very green with lots of trees which attract all sort of birds. We even saw a red squirrel visiting the garden.....a huge surprise as we didn't even know they were in Portugal. The air does seem to be constantly damp in the area but that is obviously down to the coastal location and not testament to the villa itself. The local manager of the villa Filipe speaks very little English but does respond to text messages quickly and is very helpful. Loved our stay but if you are not driving be prepared for a bit of walking.

Vivienda muy acogedora en la zona alta de sao martinho do porto, concretamente próximo al monte San Antonio. La playa se encuentra relativamente cerca de la casa (aprox 600m) caminando a unos diez minutos en la ida y unos 20 minutos en la vuelta si vas con niño. Digo esto porque la ida es de bajada muy pronunciada que posteriormente a la vuelta hay que subir con niños, cargados de sombrillas y demás enseres... es conveniente ir en coche si tienes que llevar muchas cosas a la playa. La vivienda es muy acogedora, decoración moderna y con todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia. Dispone de tres cuartos de baño con ducha. La limpieza excelente y la atención de la persona que nos recibe (Filipe), inmejorable. Dispone de Barbacoa exterior con bastante leña de pino. Los exteriores están bastante bien para ir con niños, nosotros fuimos con dos niños y se lo pasaron en grande en el pinar que tiene. El camino de acceso hasta la finca un esta un poco mal dado que están de obras en la zona próxima. Por poner alguna "pega", podríamos comentar que la habitación de matrimonio es un poco pequeña, sobre todo si tienes que poner una cama supletoria para tu hijo, que entonces queda muy muy justa, dormimos mi esposa, mi hijo y yo un poco apretados pero no pasa nada. Agradecer a Filipe que nos acogió con tanto cariño y el interés puesto en todo para ayudarnos y atendernos en nuestra estancia. Mil gracias Filipe por hacerlo todo tan facil y por tus acertadas recomendaciones, volveremos, seguro.

Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kindern, 3 + 5 Jahre alt, Ende Juni/Anfang Juli zwei Wochen in diesem Haus. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die perfekte Lage des Anwesens. Oberhalb von Sao Martinho in der Nähe von zwei schönen Aussichtspunkten. Obwohl etwas außerhalb, und damit ruhig gelegen, ist der Ortskern mit Bäcker, Metzger, Markt, Cafés, etc. dennoch in knapp 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Am Strand ist man in ca. 20 - 25min, mit dem Auto natürlich schneller. Vom Haus und der Terrasse aus überblickt man schön den Atlantik. Für die Lage und die Aussicht volle 5 Sterne. Der Garten des Hauses ist riesig, inkl. eines kleinen Waldstücks, indem wir Pinienzapfen als Anzündmaterial für den Kamingrill aufgesammelt haben ;-). Es gibt 3 Terrassen, von denen wir aber nur eine genutzt haben. Eine große Steinterrasse befindet sich direkt hinter dem Haus am Eingang und war immer sehr schattig. Oberhalb vom Garten befindet sich eine Art Pergola/Freisitz, die wir aber nicht genutzt haben, da wir die Sonner genießen wollten und nicht immer Getränke, Essen, etc. hochschleppen wollten. So waren wir immer auf der Holzterrasse direkt neben dem Haus mit wundervollem Blick auf den Atlantik. Das Haus selbst ist geräumig genug für eine 4-köpfige Familie. Das Elternschlafzimmer bestand aus einem 1,40m Bett, einer kleinen Kommode, sowie ein offenes Regal mit Vorhang - gerade genug Platz für 2 Wochen. Das Kinderzimmer besteht aus einem Stockbett und einem Einzelbett mit ausziehbarer Matratze. Also eigentlich Schlafstätten für 4 Personen, aber diese 4 Leute hätten wohl Probleme die Kleidung unterzubringen... Aus dem Kinderzimmer besteht ein direkter Zugang zu einem Bad mit Toilette und Dusche. Hier wären wir auch schon beim einzigen Kritikpunkt: Beide Bäder sind innenliegend und somit ständig feucht und etwas muffig. Auch das Haus selbst scheint recht fecht zu sein, was sich durch Lüften aber gut regulieren ließ. Scheint wohl auch am Klima zu liegen, da unsere Handtücher auch draußen nie richtig trocken wurden. Die Küche ist bestens ausgerüstet, inkl. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Die Betreuer Filipe und seine Frau waren sehr nett, auch wenn die direkte Kommunikation auf Englisch etwas schwierig war. Am besten für Fragen SMS oder WhatsApp verwenden, dann kommt eine sehr verständliche Antwort zurück ;-). Filipe hatte sehr gute Tipps für Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten parat, die man so nicht gefunden hätte. Zusammengefasst ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem charmanten Städtchen und tollem Haus.

Had a really good time in an area with beaches and culture. One note the villa is called monte do st Antoine on the gate and is opposite the cross on the hill.

HET beste zeezicht ooit ,de tuin kan beter verzorgd worden heeft wat verfrissing nodig binnen , portugese normen waarschijnlijk ,al bij al fijn verblijf .

 

 

Great place - amazing views from the terrace and quiet gardens. Very good communication with Sandy and smooth check in with Filipe - bit of an uphill walk back but worth it - you can get the lift from the old town - highly recommend this Airbnb.

Sehr geräumiges Haus mit Meerblick und mehreren Terrassen mit Meerblick.

fantastische locatie met uitzicht op zee. 6 minuten lopen vh strand van Sao Martinho. 1,5 km verderop is er nog een ander strand (Crow beach) en 9 km van strand "Salgado". Huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. is wel kleiner dan op de foto's lijkt. Buitenruimte is super.

Aufenthalt in Sao Martinho sehr schön. Ein noch nicht touristisch überlaufenes Örtchen mit schönen Stränden und nicht zu weit von tollen Besichtigungspunkten, wie Nazare Wellenstrand, Alcobaca Kloster, Coimbra Universität, Berlenga Naturschutzinsel, aber auch Porto und Lissabon. Gut ausgestattet. Im August hatten wir angenehme Temperaturen um die 24 Grad Celsius, und immer wehte ein sanfter Wind. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Villa ist wirklich gut gelegen, mit einem absolutem Traumblick. Kurze Wege ins Zentrum von Sao Martinho do Porto und perfekt für Exkursionen entlang der Küste und ins Umland. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Betreuung/Kommunikation mit Felipe vor Ort klappte hervorragend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder buchen.

It's hard to imagine a more beautiful setting with gardens, private areas for relaxing, and spacious decks all the while enjoying a panoramic ocean view. The Villa offered great space for sitting, eating and sleeping. The kitchen was well appointed and we had some of our best meals there. Being April, we did light the cozy wood stove each night. The hikes right out the front door were spectacular and the walk to the village, the beach and restaurants was also enjoyable. Sao Martinho do Porto was central for day trips as there were many sights well within driving distance. Filipe met us at the Villa and was most gracious showing us all around and offering some advice. This was our first stop in Portugal and we feel so lucky to have found it and chosen it for our stay.

La location est vraiment conforme à la description Maison tres agréable et fonctionnelle Super point de vue sur la baie J'avais compris que la wifi était incluse dans la location mais apparemment non, c'est un surplus à régler à l'avance Dommage que je n'aie pas bien compris Et puis en vacances, on peut faire sans Je reviendrais avec plaisir et encore merci pour la gentille attention lors de notre arrivee

We are 3 women from Germany and we had a wonderful week in the villa. The view from the terrasse is fantastic. The place of the house is very quiet. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

We arrived to the lovely house with its magical gardens that our young daughter enjoyed so much especially down by the swing. The house is super with a very homely feel to it. It is fully equipped with everything you could think off including various games for young and old. Whilst it is up a little hill the pay off is the wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean. The terrace is great to eat or sunbath in. The outdoor BBQ is a plus too. The town is a short stroll down the hill with many eating options and the bonus is the horse shoe beach with shallow waters and fine sand. We had a great family holiday and would be happy to return again.

Nous avons passé de fabuleuses vacances surtout que le temps était au beau fixe 27 ° toute la semaine. Nous avons pu faire aussi bien des visites (Lisbonne, alcobaca, obidos, sintra et batalha)que de la plage et nous avons découvert de magnifiques endroits. Les prix sur le marché de Nazaré sont très agréables (1,80 € le kg de fraises, et 9 € la demi raie chez le poissonnier d'une fraicheur pour 4 "sensationnel."..). Malheureusement les visites pour l'ile de Bélanbra débutent à partir du mois de mai. quel dommage! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Maison où l'on se sent vraiment à l'aise! A quelques minutes de la plage et des restaurants avec une très belle vue sur la côte. N'étant là que pour quelques jours de visites intensives (Coimbra, Alcobaca, Batalha, Tomar) nous n'avons pas pu en profiter dans la journée; je le regrette. C'est une maison que je recommanderais vivement pour des vacances d'été avec des enfants (grand terrain de jeux).

This place was heaven on earth! A beautiful view on the ocean, only sunny weather, a very nice house (clean, well-maintained) and garden, friendly people! A wonderful country: the ocean, the mountains, the culture: Lisboa (the Jéronimos monastery, the Torre de Belem and the pasteis de Belem!!!), Alcobaça, Batalha, Coïmbra, Sintra, Obidos, Péniche, Nazaré (o farol), Mafra... and their footbalplayers! We hope to come back soon!!! OBRIGADO!!!

Dieses tolle Ferienhaus begeistert vor allem durch seine Lage auf dem Hügel mit phantastischem Blick auf den Atlantik. Nicht luxuriös (aber wer braucht das in Portugal ?), aber ordentlich, gut ausgestattet und mit tollem, geradezu verwunschenem Grundstück für Kinderabenteuer. Kurze Fußwege in den Ort, zum Bäcker, Markt, zu diversen Restaurants, zur Bucht von Sao Martinho und zum Praia Gralha (wenn man höhere Wellen will). Engagierte und freundliche Betreuung (die wir aber kaum benötigten) durch Ana. Dieses Haus empfehle ich Freunden jederzeit gerne weiter und war selbst sicher nicht zum letzten Mal da. Aber was rede ich ? Diesen Ausblick beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse (bei guter Sicht bis zu den Berlenga-Inseln) muss man selbst erleben.

Highly enjoyed weekend especially due to this wonderful house. Lots of space for the kids to run around, a sea view deck and an amazing viewpoint for the surroundings. Very equipped with tv, stereo, games, kitchen utensils, beach accessories, books, dvds, playstation, bikes, swing, barbecue and many more. Its a "must go" for a quiet holiday away from the city.

We were in the house with two children and it was fantastic for them and for us too. Equipped with games, books, playstation, swing, movies, bikes, beach towels and many kitchen utensils. Beautifully furnished and with a splendid view of the sea. Very nice outdoor spaces. I recommend for a quiet holiday away from crowds.
