A heated indoor/outdoor pool pavilion is a unique, all-weather space that sets this villa apart. The glass walls of the pool room are retractable allowing you to open the space or enclose it for evening entertaining.

Ambient lighting in and around the pool, and the coconut trees outside, transforms the space at night into a luxurious, resort-style retreat. The pool includes a child's pool with seating. And around the pool terrace there are plenty of comfy seats and sunloungers.

Adjacent to the pool is a stylish bar area, complete with bar stools and a drinks fridge-perfect for creating your own private cocktail lounge experience. There's even a projector setup, allowing you to enjoy movies on a large wall either poolside or outdoors under the stars.

In terms of proximity, the villa sits approximately 3 km (as the crow flies) from the sea, and a 6km drive (8-minutes) drive to the beach.

The open-plan living and dining area on the first floor leads directly onto a large balcony terrace. Here, you'll find, a large outdoor dining table for 10 guests with umbrella with inbuilt ambient solar lights, comfortable lounge seating for relaxing and watching the sun setting over the bay, sun loungers for soaking up the Portuguese sunshine and a large BBQ.

• Master Bedroom 1: Superking bed, walk-in wardrobe, TV, ensuite shower room, and private balcony with sea views

• Bedroom 2: King-size bed with balcony access and sea views

Downstairs

• Master Bedroom 3: Superking bed, walk-in wardrobe, TV, terrace access via double doors, and a Jack & Jill ensuite (can be private or shared) - overlooks coconut trees

• Bedroom 4: Double bed - sea views

• Bedroom 5: King-size bed -garden views

There are an additional 2 bathooms: 1 with WC and shower and other with a bath, a separate shower, WC and a large bath.
