Furthermore the apartment has a lovely pool complimented by a child pool which can be seen from the balcony.

A lifeguard is present at the pool in the summer months. Bracelets will be given to you, by the property managers, for access to the pool. Please be aware that only 5 pool bracelets will be given, if there are more than 5 members in your group, you will have to share the bracelets between yourselves.

To walk to the restaurants simply stroll down the driveway and you'll arrive at the heart of São Martinho do Porto where you will find plenty of small bars, cafes and restaurants.

There is also a small park with children's play items to occupy the kids whilst you sit outside the bar and watch them.

From the apartment itself you are able to eat outside with your guests comfortably on one of the balconies.

Inside the apartment you have a dining area, a lovely lounge with TV, a DVD and DVDs to watch and a CD player.

Central heating is included should you need it and there is also an open fireplace.  

The bedrooms are arranged as one master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms offering you two baths in the property. There is also a separate shower cubical.  

All in all it's very to hard to beat the accommodation benefits of the apartments in this complex. 

Please be aware that there are some steps around the complex and obviously inside the apartment as it is a duplex, so the apartment would not be ideal for people with reasonably severe mobility problems.

Note:

Check-ins are from 2PM to 7PM. If you think you will arrive later than 7PM, please contact us before booking to confirm if a late arrival will be possible. If a late arrival is agreed, please know that there is a charge of € 25 to be paid locally.

This property is unavailable for arrivals on the 24th, 25th, 26th of December and also on January 1st. On New Year's Eve, arrivals are possible only until 3pm.

Attention:  In light of recent events involving COVID-19 and in recognition of the unpredictable nature of measures that may be imposed by the government or by the managers of a complex to control the risk of the contamination, it is possible that the use of certain facilities in any complex may be restricted. Any such measures are outside of the control of the owners, property managers and advertisers and as such no compensation can be awarded for any limitations to use. We will however do our best to inform guests with as much notice as possible should we become aware of any restrictions to the communal spaces.
