The complex is very popular owing to its facilities yet proximity to the Sao Martinho bay which is a 10 minute walk along the coast (a very beautiful walk along the edge of the Atlantic).
The property itself is superbly located on the complex and has spectacular sea views. The lounge and dining area are nicely furnished and there is dining furniture for outside too. You'll also find communal sunloungers for use by guests at all 3 swimming pools.
In the lounge there is also a fireplace that guests can enjoy. All three bedrooms have double beds and there is a sofa-bed in the lounge where 2 other people can sleep, therefor the property can accommodate up to 8 guests in all comfort.
There is also a cot for a baby but please mention on booking so bedding can be prepared.
The main bathroom has a bath with shower over and a separate shower cubical, basin and toilet and there is an additional small WC room.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make dining in as easy!
The owner has kindly provided a free Wi-Fi connection for those that wish to stay connected.
From your private ground floor terrace and 1st floor balcony you can enjoy the views across the Atlantic and enjoy the outside as much as you like.
When it's time to spend time inside you have TV, DVD and CD player for your use. There are also books, DVDs, toys and board games for all ages.
There is free parking on the road running alongside the complex and always plenty of parking spaces as the complex is set back from Sao Martinho itself.
To the restaurants and bars it's a 10-15 min walk into town where you will arrive in the up-market part of São Martinho do Porto .
São Martinho is a beautiful small village, with a shell shaped bay. Due to its particular shape, the bay is the ideal beach for families with small children, as the strong sea current characteristic of the Atlantic ocean is not present here.
Throughout the sea front there are lovely restaurants, where you
can delight yourself with delicious Portuguese food, nice cafés and
bars.
Just a stroll away along the coast line and you'll find Salir do
Porto River beach, which has the river streaming to the ocean and
is also perfect for families due to its calm waters.

Management Charges:
- There's a mandatory final cleaning charge of € 110.
Check-in/ Check-out Times:
- Check-in from 16:00 to 22:00.
- Check-out until 10:00.
- Please note that arrivals after 22:00 will be charged at € 25 to be paid on arrival.
Extra Charges:
- From 15 Sept to 15 June, gas consumption is charged at a rate of € 6.75 per KW hour.
Refundable Security Deposit: € 150
- The refundable security deposit is returned to you 2 weeks after your stay.
Christmas/New Year Season:
- Christmas/New Year bookings of less than 1 week, over this period, will be charged for 1 week and the security deposit increases to € 300.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation fee of 20% of the booking up to 5 weeks before the holiday, and 100% when the holiday is less than 5 weeks away.

Nous avons passé 2 très bonnes semaines en famille dans l'appartement Dolfin! Il est très bien agencé, propre, spacieux. Les enfants ont adoré la console de jeux et les équipements sportifs laissé sur place pour profiter des installations de la résidence. L'accueil de Monsieur et Madame Moreira est toujours aussi chaleureux ! Nous recommandons vivement la résidence Gilma Facho aux familles désireuses de vacances paisibles, sans soucis face au paysage splendide de la baie de Sao Martinho do porto !
