The property is spacious, practical, and designed to a high
standard.
All of the bedrooms are generously sized and arranged as three double rooms and one triple room (sleeping 8 in total). Having 3 bathrooms is a big advantage for a 4 bedroom property and the main bathroom features a bath with shower over. The second bathroom is a shower room and the third is a WC.
The large, open plan lounge has enough space to house a dining area and living area and the private balcony is a great place to relax.
The kitchen comes with all modern conveniences and is a great place to prepare some of the excellent local produce that is available in beautiful Sao Martinho do Porto.
The owner has kindly provided a free Wi-Fi connection for those that wish to stay connected.
São Martinho is a beautiful small village, with a shell shaped bay. Due to its particular shape, the bay is the ideal beach for families with small children, as the strong sea current characteristic of the Atlantic ocean is not present here.
Throughout the sea front there are lovely restaurants, where you
can delight yourself with delicious Portuguese food, nice cafés and
bars.
Just a stroll away along the coast line and you'll find Salir do
Porto River beach, which has the river streaming to the ocean and
is also perfect for families due to its calm waters.

- Please note that arrivals after 22:00 will be charged at € 25 to be paid on arrival.
Extra Charges:
- From 15 Sept to 15 June, gas consumption is charged at a rate of € 6.75 per KW hour.
Refundable Security Deposit: € 150
- The refundable security deposit is returned to you 2 weeks after your stay.
- The security deposit increases to € 300 over the Christmas and New Year period.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation fee of 20% of the booking up to 5 weeks before the holiday, and 100% when the holiday is less than 5 weeks away.

La casa cumplió todas las expectativas, Preciosa , no le falta detalle y está muy bien comunicada, con unas vistas fabulosas , repetiremos.
Excelente local para umas curtas férias de descanso, convívio familiar e passeio pela região. O acolhimento foi muito correto e atencioso, respondendo com prontidão às solicitações Têm de melhorar a iluminação da sala de estar/jantar. Seria interessante disponibilizarem alguns consumíveis básicos na cozinha ( detergentes, esfregões, ...)

Résidence confortable avec des meubles rustiques, des beaux espaces de nuit, une vue identique à celle de ce site. Toutefois, la barrière de la terrasse est un peu dangereuse ( manque de hauteur pour les enfants de bas âge ). Les gérants sont très aimables et serviables. Nous sommes à 10mn à pied de la plage, accessible par route et chemins. Pour les sportifs, de bons terrains de course à pied sont aux abords de la résidence. Terrain de golf vieillissant, terrain de tennis ok, salle de ping pong et billard un peu glauque ( manque p'tite ambiance ), terrain de squash pas bcp entretenu.... Très bon séjour
Appartement sur deux niveaux situé sur les hauteurs de Sao Martinho. Emplacement magnifique, isolé au calme, fermé aux voitures. Architecture très originale, maison très bien entretenue, espace vert magnifique sans oublier la vue splendide sur la baie. A disposition, 3 piscines au choix, tennis, badminton, mini golf, squash, billard...et les ballades aux alentours. Au niveau de l' appartement: très bon niveau d équipement (jusqu' au sèche linge important quand l atmosphère du bord de mer est humide!) Suffisamment grand pour nous 7, chacun ayant pu s isoler au besoin. Quant a Filippe et Lina qui nous ont accueillis: sympathiques, très disponibles et toujours avec le sourire. Aucun regret...si ...celui de être partis!
