Communal areas are equipped with a pool table and a ping pong table as well as complimentary wireless internet access.

The property is spacious, practical, and designed to a high standard.

All of the bedrooms are generously sized and arranged as three double rooms and one triple room (sleeping 8 in total). Having 3 bathrooms is a big advantage for a 4 bedroom property and the main bathroom features a bath with shower over. The second bathroom is a shower room and the third is a WC. 

The large, open plan lounge has enough space to house a dining area and living area and the private balcony is a great place to relax.

The kitchen comes with all modern conveniences and is a great place to prepare some of the excellent local produce that is available in beautiful Sao Martinho do Porto.

The owner has kindly provided a free Wi-Fi connection for those that wish to stay connected.

São Martinho is a beautiful small village, with a shell shaped bay. Due to its particular shape, the bay is the ideal beach for families with small children, as the strong sea current characteristic of the Atlantic ocean is not present here.

Throughout the sea front there are lovely restaurants, where you can delight yourself with delicious Portuguese food, nice cafés and bars.
Just a stroll away along the coast line and you'll find Salir do Porto River beach, which has the river streaming to the ocean and is also perfect for families due to its calm waters.
