The property itself is superbly located on the complex and has spectacular sea views, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (sleeps 4).
The whole property has been recently renovated and a special
attention to detail has been given by the owners by providing good
quality equipment and creating a cosy atmosphere, so that guests
feel comfortable and at home.
The lounge can seat 4 guests and has cable TV, DVD player and free
Wi-Fi. There is a pellet burner available for those that come in
the colder months.
The kitchen is fully and very well equipped with everything you need to make dining in as easy as it is at home.
The property benefits of 3 balconies, one in the lounge with a direct view over one of the pools of the complex and one in each bedroom.
The master bedroom has a double bed. The other bedroom has 2
twin beds and one of them has a pull-out bed underneath.
The main bathroom has a jacuzzi bath with shower over, basin and
toilet and there is a separate shower room.
There is free Wi-Fi at the communal area for the
complex.
There is free parking on the road running alongside the complex
and always plenty of parking spaces.
To the restaurants and bars it's a 10-15 min walk into town where
you will arrive in the up-market part of São Martinho do Porto.
São Martinho is a beautiful small village, with a shell shaped bay. Due to its particular shape, the bay is the ideal beach for families with small children, as the strong sea current characteristic of the Atlantic ocean is not present here.
Throughout the sea front there are lovely restaurants, where you
can delight yourself with delicious Portuguese food, nice cafés and
bars.
Just a stroll away along the coast line and you'll find Salir do
Porto River beach, which has the river streaming to the ocean and
is also perfect for families due to its calm waters.

- There's a mandatory final cleaning charge of € 85.
Check-in/ Check-out Times:
- Check-in from 16:00 to 22:00.
- Check-out until 10:00.
- Please note that arrivals after 22:00 will be charged at € 20 to be paid on arrival.
Refundable Security Deposit: € 150
- The refundable security deposit is returned to you 3 days after your stay.
- The security deposit increases to € 300 over the Christmas and New Year period.
Extra Charges:
- From 15 Sept to 15 June, gas consumption is charged at a rate of € 6.75 per KW hour.
Christmas/New Year Season:
- Christmas/New Year bookings of less than 1 week, over this period, will be charged for 1 week and the security deposit increases to € 300.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation fee of 20% of the booking up to 5 weeks before the holiday, and 100% when the holiday is less than 5 weeks away.

Very nice,clean. Nice pool that we did not use because of the time of year,tennis court,decks with excellent view.

Nice location with beautiful views. Quite a large complex but it does not feel massive. 3 nice swimming pools so you can always find a spot. Apartment is spacious and works well. Good double bed. Children's beds a little less comfortable. Hosts on location are super nice and helpful. Every question was answered immediately. Not suitable if you have difficulty walking. Lots of steps and height differences.
