The property itself is superbly located on the complex and has spectacular sea views, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (sleeps 4).

The whole property has been recently renovated and a special attention to detail has been given by the owners by providing good quality equipment and creating a cosy atmosphere, so that guests feel comfortable and at home.

The lounge can seat 4 guests and has cable TV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi. There is a pellet burner available for those that come in the colder months.

The kitchen is fully and very well equipped with everything you need to make dining in as easy as it is at home.

The property benefits of 3 balconies, one in the lounge with a direct view over one of the pools of the complex and one in each bedroom.

The master bedroom has a double bed. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds and one of them has a pull-out bed underneath.

The main bathroom has a jacuzzi bath with shower over, basin and toilet and there is a separate shower room.

There is free Wi-Fi at the communal area for the complex. 

There is free parking on the road running alongside the complex and always plenty of parking spaces.

To the restaurants and bars it's a 10-15 min walk into town where you will arrive in the up-market part of São Martinho do Porto.

São Martinho is a beautiful small village, with a shell shaped bay. Due to its particular shape, the bay is the ideal beach for families with small children, as the strong sea current characteristic of the Atlantic ocean is not present here.

Throughout the sea front there are lovely restaurants, where you can delight yourself with delicious Portuguese food, nice cafés and bars.
Just a stroll away along the coast line and you'll find Salir do Porto River beach, which has the river streaming to the ocean and is also perfect for families due to its calm waters.
