Description

This is a luxury apartment in a very privileged location in the middle of the Sao Martinho bay directly opposite the bay (Front Line). There is absolutely nothing to disturb the fabulous view of the bay and the buzz of people relaxing on the beach.

As you walk into the hallway you can already see the sea from the large windows to the front and side of the living room (dual aspect). This is a spacious living area with lots of sun streaming in through the patio doors.


Being on the 2nd floor you have a truly amazing and undisturbed view of the Sao Martinho Do Porto bay as the apartment is Front Line. It means you can be on he beach and in the sea in minutes, maybe even seconds!

The bay is well known in Portugal for its shell shaped shape and people come to spend time here in both winter and summer. The appeal is all year round.

As well as your private balcony with sea views to the front of the property, you also have a large living space with comfortable lounge seating, a dining table and chairs, a TV, DVD player, CD player and books and games. There is also a balcony to the side of the apartment.

Next to the lounge you have a large kitchen with everything you need to cook at home (when you want to). Including an all important dish washer to make things easier.

The owner has decorated and equipped all of the apartment to a superb standard.

It has 3 lovely bedrooms. The first is the master suite with a King sized bed a balcony and an en-suite shower room with jets. The second bedroom is also spacious with twin beds, and the third bedroom has also twin beds.

There is an additional family bathroom with a bath and shower over. The apartment therefore sleeps 6 people and there is a cot for a baby - please request this.

The apartment has a lift making it easy to get down to the beach. You also have a private parking space in the secure garage underneath the complex and the owner has also left 4 bikes for your use.

If you need it there is central heating that can be used free of charge.

On the top floor of the building there is a very large roof terrace that can be used by all guests. It has a commual BBQ for your use too.

It is a spectacular and spacious apartment in an amazing spot, highly recommended.

Attention: In light of recent events involving COVID-19 and in recognition of the unpredictable nature of measures that may be imposed by the government or by the managers of a complex to control the risk of the contamination, it is possible that the use of certain facilities in any complex may be restricted. Any such measures are outside of the control of the owners, property managers and advertisers and as such no compensation can be awarded for any limitations to use. We will however do our best to inform guests with as much notice as possible should we become aware of any restrictions to the communal spaces.

    Refundable Security Deposit: € 150 

    - The refundable security deposit is returned to you 3 days after your stay.

     

    Christmas/New Year Season:

    - Christmas/New Year bookings of less than 1 week, over this period, will be charged for 1 week and the security deposit increases to € 300.

     

    Cancellation Policy:

    - Cancellation fee of 20% of the booking up to 5 weeks before the holiday, and 100% when the holiday is less than 5 weeks away.
