Description
This 3rd floor apartment is stylishly designed and furnished. There are two bedrooms (1 with a double bed and the other with twin beds) and there is also a sofa bed in the lounge so the apartment can sleep 6 people in total.
The lounge is well equipped with comfy seating, a TV, DVD player
and CD Player. There is also an ample dining area within the
lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a bathroom with
bath and shower over.
Outside on the two balconies you will find sun-loungers and garden
chairs and table for dining outside using your private BBQ. There
are more shared sun loungers at the pool side as well as a shower
cubical and WC.
Another key benefit of this apartment is the air-conditioning it
provides to guests. Also there is a private parking space in the
secure car park underneath the property with a lift to gain easy
access to the apartment.
There is free Wi-Fi in the property (with an allowance of 30Gb).
If you use all your allowance and need more, an additional 30Gb can
be provided for the cost of € 20. Please contact the property
manager during your stay for more information about this extra
service.

Refundable Security Deposit: € 150
- The refundable security deposit is returned to you 2 weeks after your stay.
Christmas/New Year Season:
- Christmas/New Year bookings of less than 1 week, over this period, will be charged for 1 week and the security deposit increases to € 300.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation fee of 20% of the booking up to 5 weeks before the holiday, and 100% when the holiday is less than 5 weeks away.
