The property is well equipped, a home away from home, with a washer/dryer in the kitchen and an en-suite bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom. There is central heating for the colder months.
For those moments when you want to relax indoors, in addition to 2 very comfortable sofas this spacious well-lit lounge has a flatscreen TV and a DVD player. The dining area can comfortably seat 4 people and is well situated with easy access to the kitchen.
Perfect for the family abroad, this apartment has its own private courtyard with a table, outdoor seating for 4 and 2 sun-loungers. Please know that you have to cross a road to access the pool and playground area.

LOCATION
São Martinho do Porto is a prestigious destination that appeals primarily to families and couples. The beach offers many water sports activities, including a giant inflatable playground on water. Additionally, there is a complimentary beachside playground situated in a picturesque grassy area along the bay.
São Martinho is a beautiful small village, with a shell shaped bay. Due to its particular shape, the bay is the ideal beach for families with small children, as the strong sea current characteristic of the Atlantic ocean is not present here..
Just a stroll away along the coast line and you'll find Salir do Porto River beach, which has the river streaming to the ocean and is also perfect for families due to its calm waters.

Foi muito bom passar uns dias neste apartamento. Recomendaria, para melhoria, colocação de wi-fi no apartamento e canais por cabo ou satélite, eessencialmente a internet, hoje em dia é indispensável, até mesmo de férias acontece teremos de trabalhar.
Gostamos muito da proximadade da praia e zona calma. Foi pena o tempo muito incerto.

Apartamento muito bom, garagem com muito bom acesso, raro em São Martinho do Porto. A única coisa menos boa foi as almofadas nada boas.
Casa com boas condições! A anfitriã, Nicola, excelente! Como não ia entrar ninguém no nosso ultimo dia, deixou-nos a vontade para sairmos quando quisermos! Por causa disso conseguimos aproveitar mais uma manhã de praia, com um almoço tardio ainda em casa e depois arrancar! Obrigada Nicola ����
Excelente apartamento com boas condições bem localizado próximo da praia.
A casa estava muito bem tratada, moderna e muito bem equipada com tudo o que é necessário para cozinhar, dormir e limpar. Fornecem toalhas de banho e permitem animais de estimação. A piscina é fantástica e fica mesmo perto da praia e da estação de comboios. Recomendo, é excelente para passar umas férias.

Appartement bien situé, proche des restaurants, plages et autres animations. Par contre d'où le mais ... Manque cruellement d'équipements pour faire la cuisine, j'ai du acheter une planche à découper, un couteau céramique, une passoire, un plat pour le four ... Ce n'est pas normal il faut plus d'équipements que cela. De plus comme cela se fait dans la plupart des locations pas de fond de placard (huile, vinaigre, sel, poivre bref le basique) c'est dommage car sinon l'appartement est bien équipé. les photos et descriptions ne sont pas conformes non plus, il n'y a pas de chaises et de tables sur la terrasse mais un salon bas, la machine n'est pas sécheuse, parking souterrain inopérationnel (on peut en sortir facilement pas pas y entrer ???), d'où ma note de 4 étoiles ....
