Description
There is an en-suite bathroom to the Master Bedroom (shower, basin and WC) and there is a family bathroom with bath and shower over and a WC.
The lounge comes fully equipped with TV, DVD player and CD Player and the owner has also provided books, games and DVDs to enjoy.
The kitchen is also fully equipped and that includes an all important dish washer to make things a bit easier.
Outside on your private balconies (2) you have a table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is a lift making coming and going easy.
You also have a private parking space in the secure underground car park of the complex.
The Bayside resort enjoys a great position just 200 metres from the São Martinho do Porto beach offering guests very easy access to the beach, restaurants and shops.
On the complex itself there is a great pool, the largest infact in São Martinho do Porto, a child's pool, and a child play area.
São Martinho is a beautiful small village, with a shell shaped
bay. Due to its particular shape, the bay is the ideal beach for
families with small children, as the strong sea current
characteristic of the Atlantic ocean is not present here.
Throughout the sea front there are lovely restaurants, where you
can delight yourself with delicious Portuguese food, nice cafés and
bars.
Just a stroll away along the coast line and you'll find Salir do
Porto River beach, which has the river streaming to the ocean and
is also perfect for families due to its calm waters.

Check-ins are from 2PM to 7PM. If you think you will arrive later than 7PM, please contact us before booking to confirm if a late arrival will be possible. If a late arrival is agreed, please know that there is a charge of € 25 to be paid locally.
This property is unavailable for arrivals on the 24th, 25th, 26th of December and also on January 1st. On New Year's Eve, arrivals are possible only until 3pm.
Please note, we can only accept bookings from guests aged 21 years or older.

- There's a mandatory final cleaning charge of € 80.
Check-in/ Check-out Times:
- Check-in from 14:00 to 19:00.

Late Arrival Charge:
- If you think you will arrive later than 19:00, please contact us before booking to confirm if a late arrival will be possible. If a late arrival is agreed, please know that there is a charge of € 25 to be paid locally.
Refundable Security Deposit: € 150
- The refundable security deposit is returned to you 2 weeks after your stay.
Christmas/New Year Season:
- Christmas/New Year bookings of less than 1 week, over this period, will be charged for 1 week and the security deposit increases to € 300.
Please note:
- This property is unavailable for arrivals on the 24th, 25th, 26th of December and on the 1st January (New years day). On New Year's Eve, arrivals are possible only until 3pm.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation fee of 20% of the booking up to 5 weeks before the holiday, and 100% when the holiday is less than 5 weeks away.

Relativamente às instalações do apartamento, classifico com Médio. No entanto há aspetos que devem melhorar. Esses aspectos são a quantidade e variedade de loiça existente. Este apartartamento não tinha chávenas de café, e as poucas canecas existentes obrigou a que estas estivessem sempre a serem lavadas para tomar o pequeno-almoço e depois tomar café, para além de uma delas já estar rachada. Apesar de não terem máquina de tirar cafés eu levei a minha, e mesmo que não tivesse levado, poderia sempre tomar café da máquina que o alojamento tinha ( maquina com depósito e filtro ou como se diz na gíria café de cafeteira). Por sua vez, a saladeira existente era demasiado pequena, pois o alojamento tem capacidade para 7 pessoas e a saladeira tem capacidade para apenas uma salada para 2 pessoas. Também não existia uma tábua de corte, nem mesmo uma tenás para servir os alimentos. O único objeto semelhante continha ferrugem e não agarrava bem os alimentos. Mais informo, que os copos de água/sumo também podiam ter mais uns quatro, pois acontecia termos de estar sempre a lavar. No que concerne ao apartamento em geral, apesar de no dia da nossa chegada termos verificado e comunicado à Nicole, que o autoclismo de uma das casas de banho estava estragado, dou nota positiva, com a exceção da questões em cima referidas. Gostei muito muito confortável..mas fazia uma sugestão .. renovação de cozinha..a nível de utensílios. mas de resto gostei imenso.
O apartamento corresponde a apresentação e fotos apresentadas. A piscina, ficando do outro lado da rua do apartamento, é mesmo grande. A praia fica a menos de 5 minutos a pé.
Boa propriedade, limpa, com maquina de lavar roupa e loiça,, ótima piscina e varandas. Únicos aspetos a melhorar: - chuveiro e banheira vertem água fora se tivermos pouco cuidado. Merecia uma divisoria melhor pois o cortinado nem tão pouco é higiénico nos dias que correm. O anuncia tb referia churrasqueira mas não tinha.
A casa estava conforme anúncio mas precisa de alguma manutenção mais concretamente nos wc s. Piscina muito boa. Simpatia em todo o processo.

O Apartamento esta bem Localizado, no entanto foi necessário lavar toda a Louça e Talheres para podermos servir! debaixo das Camas havia muito Pó, e apenas uma Vassoura para poder limpar. No Momento que vivemos (Covid 19), esperávamos uma Limpeza mais ao pormenor.
Great location! Only minutes to the beach and shops. Loved the new patio furniture, great bonus. The pool was clean and was a nice change from the beach. Looks like some updates have been done since some of the pictures on the website. Overall great stay!
The apartment is in a fantastic location, 200 metres from the beach and bars and restaurants, close to the train station and bus stop. It was very comfortable and clean, the kitchen was very well equipped and plenty of towels were supplied. The pool area is lovely and was never too busy and there was a lifeguard on duty every day. There is a well stocked shop adjacent with delicious fresh bread and rolls and a fantastic veg and fruit market a short stroll away. There are a wide selection of places to eat in the town - Kinara Indian Restaurant was recommended by the manager and it was excellent! The town is an ideal base for exploring and within easy reach of Lisbon, Fatima, Obidos etc.
The apartment is in a fantastic location just 200m from the beach and restaurants, right beside a bus stop and train station. There is a small but well stocked shop 100 metres away with lovely fresh bread and rolls and a fantastic fruit and veg market a 10 minute stroll away. The town was ideal for families with a good choice of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment was very clean with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of towels etc. The pool area is lovely and was never too busy.
Appartement propre et bien agencé. Bien situé à quelques minutes du centre ville de sao marthino. 2 salles de bain dont une équipée d'une douche exiguë (et le rideau de douche trop court), manque un peu de vaisselle pour 7... Le reste est tout à fait correct, bon rapport qualité prix. L'accueil est bon. La personne qui donne les clefs très conciliante.
We found the apartment clean and nicely re furnished. It is in a great location close to the sea and amenities. Restaurants galore all along Main Street and so many hidden. treasures. The pool at the apt is large and well kept. The 3 bedrooms were a wonderful bonus with comfortable beds. Overall our stay was great We would definitely go back. A happy Canadian.
Great updates from the pictures provided. Loved the new patio furniture which was great for relaxing at night and enjoying the view of the pool. A very short walk to all the restaurants and beach. Loved that the rental had some many extras like beach towels and some beach essentials. Seems the third bedroom was also updated with a new double bed as well as a single which worked out great for our gang. Overall this rental has everything you need with a great bbq chicken shop around the corner. A must try. Still no wifi but we didn't mind as all of the restaurants have free wifi so we had an excuse to stop in for a drink and some screen time! Definitely will be returning
