This charming studio apartment has been built into the loft space of the ever-popular Bayside Resort, a development noted for its quality and for having the largest swimming pool in Sao Martinho.
The apartment has been equipped and presented to an excellent
standard with a genuine attention to detail. There is free Wi-Fi
available. plenty of DVDs to enjoy and Nintendo WII & games and
a Play Station 2 & games. The bathroom has a large shower with
multiple massaging shower heads, bluetooth and radio.
The accommodation is perfect for couples wanting a luxurious break
in this picturesque town or for families looking for a fantastic
holiday that won't break the bank. This apartment would also be
ideal for anybody considering visiting the Silver Coast for a
longer stay out of season.

this apartment and the two apartments are often rented together for

The apartment offers guests a superb location from which they can really make the most of everything São Martinho do Porto has to offer.
São Martinho is a beautiful small village, with a shell shaped
bay. Due to its particular shape, the bay is the ideal beach for
families with small children, as the strong sea current
characteristic of the Atlantic ocean is not present here.
Throughout the sea front there are lovely restaurants, where you
can delight yourself with delicious Portuguese food, nice cafés and
bars.
Just a stroll away along the coast line and you'll find Salir do
Porto River beach, which has the river streaming to the ocean and
is also perfect for families due to its calm waters.

Check-ins are from 2PM to 7PM. If you think you will arrive later than 7PM, please contact us before booking to confirm if a late arrival will be possible. If a late arrival is agreed, please know that there is a charge of € 25 to be paid locally.
This property is unavailable for arrivals on the 24th, 25th, 26th of December and also on January 1st. On New Year's Eve, arrivals are possible only until 3pm.
Please note, we can only accept bookings from guests aged 21 years or older.

- There's a mandatory final cleaning charge of € 40.
Check-in/ Check-out Times:
- Check-in from 14:00 to 19:00.
- Check-out until 10:00.
Late Arrival Charge:
- If you think you will arrive later than 19:00, please contact us before booking to confirm if a late arrival will be possible. If a late arrival is agreed, please know that there is a charge of € 25 to be paid locally.
Refundable Security Deposit: € 150
- The refundable security deposit is returned to you 2 weeks after your stay.
Christmas/New Year Season:
- Christmas/New Year bookings of less than 1 week, over this period, will be charged for 1 week and the security deposit increases to € 300.
Please note:
- This property is unavailable for arrivals on the 24th, 25th, 26th of December and on the 1st January (New years day). On New Year's Eve, arrivals are possible only until 3pm.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation fee of 20% of the booking up to 5 weeks before the holiday, and 100% when the holiday is less than 5 weeks away.

Todo correcto salvo que la ducha tiene muy poca presión de agua. Tiene videoconsolas, juegos, películas, etc. pero los mandos tenían todas las pilas sulfatadas y no funcionaba nada. Salvo esos detalles el sitio esta muy chulo.
Booked this loft apartment alongside the Sail apartment below. It's a good studio with all facilities you could need including dishwasher. Pool table was bonus entertainment. The complex is clean and the pool area well kept and less than 5 mins walk to the front. The price in May was great value. Should also mention Rental Retreats who were easy to deal with and allowed us to stay later on our last day - thanks Nicola.

Adorei a estadia. Localização excelente, piscina para as crianças excelente, praia excelente. Quanto ao estúdio tudo muito bom e um bom local para passar uns dias calmos e excelentes férias com a família. Parabéns ao proprietário.

Même en plein mois d'août il n'y a pas beaucoup de monde, l'endroit reste familiale. La plage est belle, joli panorama de la "coquille st jacques" du haut de la colline près du phare. A cette période il y a des algues et l'eau n'est pas transparente et un peu froide. Les petites rues sont magnifiques ainsi que la baie de Sao Martinho do Porto.
