The bathroom has a bath with shower over. There is air conditioning units in the lounge and master bedroom and these units can also be used as heaters, should you need it in the colder months.
The apartment benefits of 2 private balconies with lovely views. There is a table and chairs for eating outside and the owner has kindly provided 2 sun loungers for relaxing in the sun. You will also find some communal sun loungers next to the pool.
Underneath the complex you have a private and secure parking for
1 car. There is lift access to the apartment.
The Bayside Resort is highly regarded in the area and a great
choice for families.
São Martinho is a beautiful small village, with a shell shaped
bay. Due to its particular shape, the bay is the ideal beach for
families with small children, as the strong sea current
characteristic of the Atlantic ocean is not present here.
Throughout the sea front there are lovely restaurants, where you
can delight yourself with delicious Portuguese food, nice cafés and
bars.
Just a stroll away along the coast line and you'll find Salir do
Porto River beach, which has the river streaming to the ocean and
is also perfect for families due to its calm waters.

- Please be aware that there is a charge of € 25 if you arrive later than 20:00.
Refundable Security Deposit: € 150
- The refundable security deposit is returned to you 2 weeks after your stay.
Christmas/New Year Season:
- Christmas/New Year bookings of less than 1 week, over this period, will be charged for 1 week and the security deposit increases to € 300.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation fee of 20% of the booking up to 5 weeks before the holiday, and 100% when the holiday is less than 5 weeks away.

Apartamento com ótimas acomodações, com tudo o que é necessário para passar uns dias em família, com uns miminhos de receção. Ótima localização, muito perto da praia para se ir a pé. Só a apontar a limpeza do apartamento, que não estava totalmente bem limpo, mas aceitável. Em relação ao exterior, a limpeza das piscina, essa foi a deceção. Completamente verde os 3 primeiros dias que lá estivemos, ao 4 dia, em que viemos embora é que fizeram manutenção da mesma, ou seja, não chegamos a usufruir da mesma. Penso que esses aspetos podem ser melhorados. Recomendo este apartamento a quem queira visitar São Martinho do Porto e arredores.
