It has one en-suite bathroom of the master bedroom, composed of a toilet and shower and a family bathroom with toilet, bidet and bath with shower.
The apartment is just a stone's throw from the beach and the numerous cafes, bars and restaurants that surround the bay of Sao Martinho do Porto.
It makes for the perfect, stylish retreat for guests at the end of a day spent enjoying the facilities offered in this hugely popular town.
There is free Wi-Fi available for those that wish to stay connected.

Check-ins are from 2PM to 7PM. If you think you will arrive later than 7PM, please contact us before booking to confirm if a late arrival will be possible. If a late arrival is agreed, please know that there is a charge of € 25 to be paid locally.
This property is unavailable for arrivals on the 24th, 25th, 26th of December and also on January 1st. On New Year's Eve, arrivals are possible only until 3pm.
Please note, we can only accept bookings from guests aged 21 years or older.

- There's a mandatory final cleaning charge of € 85.
Check-in/ Check-out Times:
- Check-in from 14:00 to 19:00.
- Check-out until 10:00.
Late Arrival Charge:
- If you think you will arrive later than 7PM, please contact us before booking to confirm if a late arrival will be possible. If a late arrival is agreed, please know that there is a charge of € 25 to be paid locally.
Refundable Security Deposit: € 150
- The refundable security deposit is returned to you 2 weeks after your stay.
Christmas/New Year Season:
- Christmas/New Year bookings of less than 1 week, over this period, will be charged for 1 week and the security deposit increases to € 300.
Please note:
- This property is unavailable for arrivals on the 24th, 25th, 26th of December and on the 1st January (New years day). On New Year's Eve, arrivals are possible only until 3pm.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation fee of 20% of the booking up to 5 weeks before the holiday, and 100% when the holiday is less than 5 weeks away.
