Perfectly arranged and furnished - this 3 bedroom apartment is a winner for guests who want space, light and ultimate comfort in a great location in stunning São Martinho do Porto. The ample balconies from the lounge and all bedrooms provides great space to get outside to follow the sun (or shade!).

The owner has lovingly furnished the apartment to a high standard.

There are 3 bedrooms: a large master bedroom with balcony and 2 single beds that can be pushed together with its own en-suite bathroom with WC, bath and shower over.

The second bedroom (again with a balcony) has a King sized bed and again its own en-suite bathroom with WC, bath and shower cubicle.

The third bedroom has twin beds that can be pushed together.

There is an additional bathroom off the lounge with a shower making this a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom property - so no time delay getting ready.

The outside balconies are furnished with a table, chairs and sun-loungers. As the name suggests the apartment has a westerly aspect from the lounge so you'll be able to take in the sunset as the evenings drawn in. And should the weather get a little hot you also have air-conditioning.

In the lounge there are 2 large sofas, a large open plan kitchen, TV & DVD player. Your kitchen is well equipped too including an all important dish washer to keep things simple.

The complex benefits from a lovely heated pool for guests of the Resort (heated from April to October). You also have underground parking and free parking on the street.

São Martinho do Porto is quickly becoming the number 1 hot spot on the Silver Coast of Portugal. You won't want to leave.

From the apartment you are only 200 meters away from the daily market an 1km stroll to the beach front.

Any such measures are outside of the control of the owners, property managers and advertisers and as such no compensation can be awarded for any limitations to use. We will however do our best to inform guests with as much notice as possible should we become aware of any restrictions to the communal spaces.

    - There's a mandatory final cleaning charge of €100.

     

    Refundable Security Deposit: €100 

    - The refundable security deposit is returned to you 3 days after your stay.

    - The security deposit increases to €300 over the Christmas and New Year period.

     

    Christmas/New Year Season:

    - Christmas/New Year bookings of less than 1 week, over this period, will be charged for 1 week and the security deposit increases to  €300.

     

    Cancellation Policy:

    - Cancellation fee of 20% of the booking up to 5 weeks before the holiday, and 100% when the holiday is less than 5 weeks away.
