This 1st floor apartment couldn't be better positioned as it offers views over the pool area of the complex and a balcony from which to enjoy them, where you have outdoor furniture for dining outside.

The apartment opens up to a large open plan living space, with lounge, dining area for 6, and a very well equipped kitchen, with everything you may need to cook, just like at home.

For entertaining inside there is a TV, a DVD player and free Wi-Fi access.

The property is fully air-conditioned and from the A/C units you can also benefit of heating if your stay is in the colder months.

There are 2 bedrooms and the property can sleep a maximum of 6 people.

The sleeping arrangements are flexible in that there is a separate sofa bed in the lounge, a double bed in the master bedroom and a twin bedroom. The master bedroom is en-suite with bath with shower over, bidet and a toilet.

There is also the main bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet.

If you bring a baby, the owner has kindly provided a highchair and a travel cot, please request this when booking, so it can be prepared for your arrival.

There is a private parking space that you can use during your stay.

Only 800 metres from the complex you have the charming bay of São Martinho, with its soft sandy beach and calm waters. All around the bay, you will find an array of restaurants and bars to enjoy.

Please note: In light of recent events involving COVID-19 and in recognition of the unpredictable nature of measures that may be imposed by the government or by the managers of a complex to control the risk of the contamination, it is possible that the use of certain facilities in any complex may be restricted. Any such measures are outside of the control of the owners, property managers and advertisers and as such no compensation can be awarded for any limitations to use. We will however do our best to inform guests with as much notice as possible should we become aware of any restrictions to the communal spaces.
