Description
The owner has lovingly appointed the apartment and it is in immaculate condition. It has a spacious lounge with television and DVD player.
There is plenty of comfortable lounge seating for 5 people and a wood dining table for 6 people.
Doors lead from the lounge onto your private terrace which overlooks the pool. This terrace is also accessible from the kitchen and both bedrooms.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you might need.
That includes a dishwasher to keep things simple. It's very easy to
dine outside as the large door from the kitchen to the terrace
takes you there quickly.
The bedrooms are roomy and have the same access to the private
terrace. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom
has two single beds. There is also a folding bed so the property
sleeps 5.
The bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and basin.
This area doesn't get too hot at night owing to the cooling sea
breeze but if you do need it the owner has installed
air-conditioning for your use.
You have a private parking space in the underground garage.
Within the complex you have a lovely pool which benefits from
sunshine all day long and there is a shared tennis court which
guests can use for free. For young children there is also a play
area with swings and slides etc.
The walk to the beach is around 1km and here you will find bars
and restaurants all along the bay.
This is a popular complex owing to its amenities and proximity to
the beach and life of São Martinho do Porto which is rapidly
becoming one of the number 1 destinations to spend a holiday in
Portugal - attracting visitors from all over the world.
Please note: In light of recent events involving COVID-19 and in recognition of the unpredictable nature of measures that may be imposed by the government or by the managers of a complex to control the risk of the contamination, it is possible that the use of certain facilities in any complex may be restricted. Any such measures are outside of the control of the owners, property managers and advertisers and as such no compensation can be awarded for any limitations to use. We will however do our best to inform guests with as much notice as possible should we become aware of any restrictions to the communal spaces.

Pets Additional Cleaning Fee:
- Pets allowed for € 25 additional cleaning fee.
Refundable Security Deposit: € 150
- The refundable security deposit is returned to you 2 weeks after your stay.
Christmas/New Year Season:
- Christmas/New Year bookings of less than 1 week, over this period, will be charged for 1 week and the security deposit increases to € 300.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation fee of 20% of the booking up to 5 weeks before the holiday, and 100% when the holiday is less than 5 weeks away.

Apartamento bem cuidado, excelente localização dentro do condomínio e na cidade, piscina maravilhosa, ideal tanto para adultos quanto para crianças, com grande área com apenas 0,75m e 1,20m e o mais profundo com 1,50m. Foram dias maravilhosos, as crianças também amaram. Ultrapassadas algumas dificuldades do check-in e alguns detalhes nas comodidades já reportados para melhorar, foi tudo maravilhoso!
Buen apartamento. Muy limpio a excepción de los rellenos de las fundas de las camas. Carretera con mucho tráfico justo al lado del consorcio, con las ventanas cerradas no se escucha nada. El colchón un poco duro pero te acostumbras. En general bien. Repetiría seguro.
Muito agradável. Dias de descanso sem sobressaltos. A propriedade e o condominio corresponde á descrição do anúncio está numa zona de fácil acesso a tudo.

Appartement très bien équipé. Les pièces sont grandes. La terrasse est peut-être un peu étroite pour y manger confortablement. La météo ne nous a pas permis d'en profiter pleinement : plein sud le midi sans parasol et frais le soir et le matin. Résidence très calme sur la période où nous y étions mais tous les appartements n'étaient pas occupés. La piscine est agréable et pas très profonde (1,50m au plus profond) ce qui permet de bien s'y amuser, mais là encore dès qu'il y a du vent (ce qui est assez fréquent dans la region) il y fait vite frais. La situation géographique permet d'accéder à de nombreux lieux touristiques à moins d'une heure 30 de voiture (Lisbonne, Coimbra, Obidos, Fatima...). La baie de Sao Martinho est agréable. La baignade est possible du fait de sa situation (chose impossible au regard de la dangerosité des plages alentours) même si l'eau reste fraîche. A noter toutefois la présence d'algues qui étaient enlevées tous les soirs.
Excellent location. Close to beach and supermarket. Friends had stayed before and recommended this apartment. The apartment had all mod cons which made it easier as we tended to eat in. We walked into Sao Martinho most days when not visiting closeby resorts. A daily walk to the local bakers for fresh bread is a must.. The only down side was there were no sun beds but on contacting Rental Retreats these were provided within a couple of days. Definately worth considering for your vacation.
