The quietness of being in the middle of the countryside, surrounded by green areas and, at the same time, only 3.5 kms away, is a vibrant recreation and commercial area, in the Marina of Vilamoura, where you can delight in the best restaurants , bars, cafes, shops, and nightlife venues, including the Vilamoura Casino.

The villa has 5 bedrooms, all en-suite, and 7 bathrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 10 people.

All rooms have a special feature; all shower areas have a glass wall, facing the interior of the room.

Three bedrooms with king size beds are located on the first floor of the villa. All rooms have access to a balcony and you can enjoy a superb view to the golf course, which is next to the property.

The 4th bedroom, with a king size bed, is located on the ground floor. And finally, the 5th bedroom, is located on the floor "-1" and has access to a small inner courtyard.

In addition to the ensuite bathrooms, there are also two bathrooms of service: one on the ground floor and the other on the floor "-1".

The villa has a living room and dining room very spacious with enough seating to accommodate all guests. The kitchen is very modern and has all the equipment and utensils you will need to cook and then enjoy tasty meals, either in the kitchen or in the BBQ area, by the kitchen, in the half covered patio.

On the 1st floor, in addition to one of the rooms, there is a laundry area, a sauna, with a bathroom, an area with a Ping-Pong table and "Air Hockey" table. You can also enjoy some bikes that the owner makes available for guests' use.

At your disposal, next to the swimming pool, there are 6 sun loungers and 4 garden sofas.

The property has a private driveway were you can park up to two vehicles.
