The Villa is fully equipped with everything you need to cater for your family or guests in comfort. There is free Wi-Fi available for those that wish to stay connected.
In the day time you can enjoy the outdoors in the surrounding countryside or just stay by the pool and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The area is just wonderful for walking around so this is a highly recommended way to spend your time!

- There's a mandatory final cleaning charge of € 75.
- Please note that arrivals after 19:00 will be charged:
- Arrivals between 19:00 and 23:00 = € 25
- Arrivals between 23:00 and 8:00 = € 40

- Included Services:
- includes change of bed linen for stays of more than 7 nights.
- change of towels on 3rd / 4th day (minimum stay of 7 nights).
Refundable Security Deposit: € 300
- The refundable security deposit is returned to you 2 weeks after your stay.
- The security deposit increases to € 500 over the Christmas and New Year period.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation fee of 20% of the booking up to 5 weeks before the holiday, and 100% when the holiday is less than 5 weeks away.
