Renting a studio apartment like this is an excellent economical alternative to staying in a hotel. Guests not only have the freedom to prepare their own meals but they also benefit from having much more living space than would be available in most hotel rooms.
Well behaved pets are accepted for an extra cleaning fee of € 25.
São Martinho is a beautiful small village, with a shell shaped bay. Due to its particular shape, the bay is the ideal beach for families with small children, as the strong sea current characteristic of the Atlantic ocean is not present here.
Throughout the sea front there are lovely restaurants, where you
can delight yourself with delicious Portuguese food, nice cafés and
bars.
Just a stroll away along the coast line and you'll find Salir do
Porto River beach, which has the river streaming to the ocean and
is also perfect for families due to its calm waters.

Check-ins are from 2PM to 7PM. If you think you will arrive later than 7PM, please contact us before booking to confirm if a late arrival will be possible. If a late arrival is agreed, please know that there is a charge of € 25 to be paid locally.
This property is unavailable for arrivals on the 24th, 25th, 26th of December and also on January 1st. On New Year's Eve, arrivals are possible only until 3pm.

- There's a mandatory final cleaning charge of € 40.
Check-in/ Check-out Times:
- Check-in from 14:00 to 19:00.

Late Arrival Charge:
- If you think you will arrive later than 19:00, please contact us before booking to confirm if a late arrival will be possible. If a late arrival is agreed, please know that there is a charge of € 25 to be paid locally.
Pets
- Well behaved pets are accepted for an extra cleaning fee of € 25.
Refundable Security Deposit: € 150
- The refundable security deposit is returned to you 2 weeks after your stay.
- The security deposit increases to € 300 over the Christmas and New Year period.
Christmas/New Year Season:
- Christmas/New Year bookings of less than 1 week, over this period, will be charged for 1 week and the security deposit increases to € 300.
Please note:

Cancellation Policy:

Nuestra estancia ha sido muy agradable, pero sí indicamos unos pequeños detalles que pueden ser mejorados fácilmente: Tanto en el cuarto de baño como en la parte de la cama y armario no lucían unas cuantas bombillas, haciendo que la iluminación fuera muy pobre, sobre todo en el espejo del baño. En la puerta de la cocina se ve que en su día hubo una cortina, ahora no hay ninguna y al ser una planta baja, por donde pasan de entrada y salida los vecinos, la sensación era de muy poca intimidad, algo que se puede solucionar poniendo la cortina. Por lo demás, el estudio está muy bien, muy cómodo y con los utensilios necesarios. Gracias por todo.

O apartamento do Anthony é confortável e perfeitamente equipado para uma semana de férias em família. Fica muito perto da praia e do centro, pelo que podemos deixar o carro na garagem e deslocar-nos a pé. O único senão, foi mesmo o tempo... Mas esse ninguém pode programar ! Obrigada
