This seaside apartment is within the popular Baia Residence III,
located within easy walking distance (no more than 1km) to the
pristine sand beaches of São Martinho do Porto.
The property is fully air-conditioned and has access to a lovely
and secluded, shared pool.
It has one twin bedroom and can sleep 4 owing to a sofa bed for use in the lounge. It also benefits from a great balcony on which to enjoy the sun. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC, bidet and basin. You have a secure parking space for your car at the complex too.
This is the perfect place for those who want to be close to the
action but enjoy the tranquillity of being a little further
out.
The bay is a natural shell shape, meaning that it is almost fully
enclosed and therefore calm and safe for bathing.
In summer there are shade tents and lifeguards and there is summer entertainment on the green by the beach.
There are also lots of interesting places to explore nearby.

LOCATION
São Martinho do Porto is a prestigious destination that appeals primarily to families and couples. The beach offers many water sports activities, including a giant inflatable playground on water. Additionally, there is a complimentary beachside playground situated in a picturesque grassy area along the bay.
São Martinho is a beautiful small village, with a shell shaped bay. Due to its particular shape, the bay is the ideal beach for families with small children, as the strong sea current characteristic of the Atlantic ocean is not present here..
Just a stroll away along the coast line and you'll find Salir do Porto River beach, which has the river streaming to the ocean and is also perfect for families due to its calm waters.
