This is the largest apartment in the complex making for ample accommodation for guests with both private balcony (1st floor) and a terrace giving direct access to the pool. The apartments occupying the ground and first floor are the most highly sought after owing to their proximity to the pool for families that like to come and go as they please. They also benefit from views from both levels of the pool and the sea.
And it's a great pool (with an additional child's pool) where you can relax watching the activities on the bay too. A lifeguard is present in summer months at pool and beach. Bracelets will be given to you, by the property managers, for access to the pool. Please be aware that only 5 pool bracelets will be given, if there are more than 5 members in your group, you will have to share the bracelets between yourselves.
This apartment has been furnished and equipped to an exceptional
standard and has a wonderful elevated position with stunning sea
views across São Martinho do Porto bay.
There are just a few steps and a driveway down to the beach and a
small grassy childrens' play area.
The apartment is in the heart of the town within metres of many
restaurants, cafes and bars along the traditional cobbled
streets.
The private balcony on the upper floor is great for entertaining
& eating outside. An additional private patio accessed from the
lounge and kitchen.
The property has 3 bathrooms: a family bathroom with toilet,
bidet and bath with shower; an en-suite one with toilet, bidet and
shower enclosure and a half bathroom with toilet and bidet.
In the lounge you have cable television with 140 channels in many
languages. There are a number of movie channels included which are
typically in English with Portuguese subtitles. In addition you
have a generous selection of DVDs to watch on the DVD player. The
apartment also benefits from free fast and unlimited Wi-Fi for use
for guests.
The property benefits of a garage with a private space for your car. Please note that the space is tight and larger cars may be hard to fit in. There is free parking space outside the complex as an alternative.
Please be aware that there are some steps around the complex and obviously inside the apartment as it is a duplex, so the apartment would not be ideal for people with reasonably severe mobility problems.

São Martinho is a beautiful small village, with a shell shaped bay. Due to its particular shape, the bay is the ideal beach for families with small children, as the strong sea current characteristic of the Atlantic ocean is not present here.
Throughout the sea front there are lovely restaurants, where you
can delight yourself with delicious Portuguese food, nice cafés and
bars.
Just a stroll away along the coast line and you'll find Salir do
Porto River beach, which has the river streaming to the ocean and
is also perfect for families due to its calm waters.

Je recommande à tous C'est la deuxième fois que je loue l' appartement nous étions 10 et est toujours aussi bien. Évidemment, la prochaine fois que je reviens au Portugal, je réserve de nouveau. Il y a vraiment tous les ustensiles pour cuisiner pour une famille nombreuse et l'emplacement est idéal.
The location/location and space with the beautiful view was perfect. The way down was closed and practical. In the bedroom of the street side the bed / mattress was very bad. There was also a musty smell in that room.

Bonito dúplex ubicado a 200 metros de la playa y a 300 del casco viejo de Sao Martinho. Buenos accesos a todos los sitios y muy bien equipada la cocina y el comedor. Con toda seguridad volveremos.
We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment and Sao Martinho do Porto. The apartment was clean, excellent location, and perfect for large families. We have no issues or problems and will book again in the future. Staff were very helpful including Laura who helped us locate and transport lost baggage from the Airport for us.
We have stayed in this apartment twice now. It is very spacious. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well kept. Plenty of hot water/ towels. Extremely well equipped kitchen. You have views of the pool and the whole bay and can walk to all bars etc.Its very safe for our children with access to the pool with lifeguard. The pool is in the sunshine, never crowded and very warm. The complex is fairly quiet. You can walk to the supermarket and butchers in 2 minutes. Do not park your car in the garage. It is near impossible to get it out again if its large. We had to reverse out and then took at least 1 hour. We parked on the road just behind the apartment every day without any problems.
O apartamento dispunha de todas as condições de conforto, espaçoso e limpo. O acesso à piscina é um "plus" assim como a vista da varanda sobre a praia.
O que mais gostamos foi a localização e proximidade á praia e a piscina excecional.

The location, the line of sight for the bay, the good wifi connection is what we liked the most.
El sitio en el que está es perfecto, tranquilo y con vistas a toda la bahía. El apartamento es fantástico, amplio, con terraza en dos de los tres dormitorios, tres servicios y una profusión de accesorios, menaje y electrodomésticos como nunca he tenido en un apartamento de alquiler, todo nuevo, limpio y a mano...Verdaderamente algo extraordinario.

Esta foi a casa melhor equipada e melhor localizada em que estivemos. A localização é excelente, com uma vista deslumbrante. A casa é enorme e super bem equipada: não falta nada, mas mesmo nada! A casa pertence ao Anthony, mas é gerida - pelo que entendi - por duas empresas: a que coloca o anúncio e que gere toda a comunicação inicial e de reserva e a empresa local que entrega as chaves e a quem podemos recorrer se existir algum constrangimento com a casa. Houve duas situações que careceram de atenção, mas sentimos que houve alguma necessidade de recorrer ao dono para que as mesmas fossem resolvidas. Mas FORAM RESOLVIDAS. Aliás, o Anthony foi sempre estupendo em querer proporcionar a melhor experiência possível. Um pequeno reparo: os lençóis e roupas de banho pedem substituição; além disso, as toalhas pareceram-me escassas para a quantidade de pessoas (éramos 6 adultos e 2 crianças); mas valeu a máquina de lavar e secar! Dois pequenos reparos em relação ao anúncio: este dizia que a casa tem garagem - e tem -, mas não nos foi fornecida chave da mesma e esta estava ocupada com equipamento da casa. No entanto, o Anthony informou que poderia ser utilizada, bastando que afastássemos o equipamento da casa e abríssemos a porta por dentro. Ora se não é, à partida, suposto que os hóspedes utilizem a garagem, sugiro que retirem essa informação do anúncio, uma vez que no nosso caso, por exemplo, esse fator foi crucial para a escolha da casa. Outra situação é a informação de que só podem estar 5 pessoas de cada casa ao mesmo tempo na piscina. Essa informação foi prestada, é certo, mas apenas após a reserva ser efetuada, não estando visível no anúncio inicial (pelo menos eu não encontrei). Foi uma situação de fácil gestão da nossa parte, mas a verdade é que no início, ao sermos confrontados com a informação, é criado algum constrangimento. Finalmente: parabéns ao Anthony pela hospitalidade e parabéns pela casa maravilhosa que possui, das melhores onde já estive. Tem excelentes condições, vista maravilhosa e uma piscina que fez as nossas delícias.
A estadia, foi sem dúvida excelente. Uma ótima localização. O apartamento preparado com tudo para uma estadia em família. Fomos muito bem recebidos. Queremos repetir...
Gostámos de tudo, excelente casa para passar uns dias tranquilos com a familia ou amigos, super bem equipada o que dá para cozinhar sem problemas, com maquina de loiça e roupa além de todos os eletrodomesticos necessarios. O fácil acesso à praia a pé, a piscina para graudos e miudos. Recomendo muito, adorámos e voltaremos com certeza.

We loved our time at the apartment - the balcony was my favourite part spending the evening with a glass of wine listening to the waves and looking over the bay. Beds were super comfy and the apartment was so spacious and had everything you could need for your stay. We loved how close it was to everything - 1 min walk to the beach and a couple of minutes stroll to the town centre. We had a car and did loads of exploring. The caves and water park , Lisbon Zoo and a day in Obidos (you have to try a Ginja liqueur when you are there !) were our favourites. Loads of great restaurants with Portobello being our favourite and the Hamburguria a close 2nd. The beach was very busy at the weekend and the sea was cold but we still loved it there and the kids adored the giant inflatable obstacle course and hiring a pedalo. and we walked to the giant sand dune one day. The pool was fantastic and never busy - loved being able to watch the kids from the balcony. Big shout out to Pablo who was the pool attendant. We had lots of lovely chats with him and he was great at making sure the kids were safe and no one was causing any problems in the pool. Only a couple of minor criticisms, the shower in the main bedroom was terrible, barely any pressure and hot and cold so we all used the main bathroom. The radiator in the lounge area was blasting out each morning but the control was broken so we couldn't turn it off. Definitely didn't need heating mid summer ! But the biggest moan was about the office where you collect the keys. Very unfriendly man handed the keys over, asked for £25 euros for the pool bands (which wasn't advised before hand ) so had to run around looking for cash to pay him. There was no one to take us there so we just found our own way and worked out how to get in and when I took the keys and pool bands back not even a "how was your holiday?" - just advised me he had no cash to give me the £25 deposit back and got very grumpy when I said I wasn't going until he had it. Just seemed rude and not friendly at all but this is no reflection on the owners as they have been lovely on every occasion I have spoken to them. We would 100 % recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in the area - i would say its got the best spot, best pool and best view of any accommodation in the area and with a car there is so much to appreciate in this area of Portugal.

Espaço acolhedor, sossegado e bem equipado.
La posizione era molto buona, due passi dal mare, con bar, ristoranti, farmacia a pochi metri di distanza, supermercato e mercato comunale molto vicini, raggiungibili anche a piedi con una breve passeggiata. L'appartamento era fornito di tutto quanto serve, cucina ben equipaggiata con lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Comodo il bagno di servizio del piano terra. Il tronco di palma impediva parzialmente la vista del mare, non si capisce perché non abbiano tagliato il tronco raso terra invece di lasciare un moncone ingombrante, viste le dimensione a un metro e mezzo di altezza. La doccia della camera suite era inutilizzabile in quanto non arrivava l'acqua calda, comunque si poteva usare la vasca-doccia dell'altro bagno.

O que mais agradou foi a piscina e proximidade da marginal. O que menos agradou foi o acesso à piscina.
