Bay - Beautiful sea view duplex in São Martinho do Porto with pool just 65 metres to the beach

São Martinho do Porto is a beautiful place. The pickup place for the keys very friendly and helpful. The appartement is located near the beach. This is very convenient. In the nighttime there was a lot of noise of playing local children who can come in to the premises because this is not closed for public. We advice to change this. The parkingspace is almost impossible to reach and on the streets it is hard to find a space. Mattresses where on the hard site. The balcony on the fist floor has a very lovely view!

El apartamento es amplio, muy comodo, y muy bien equipado. La ubicacion perfecta. Lo reserve con parking. Y me informaron posteriormente que la plaza de garage era de dificil acceso y pequeña.

Vista da varanda maravilhosa e localização excelente! O apartamento em si está muito bem equipado e limpo. Foi uma óptima estadia!

O apartamento acomoda, no máximo, 6 pessoas, no entanto, quem dormir na sala terá muita claridade ao nascer do dia devido às portas de vidro da entrada que não têm blackout ou cortinas!

We really liked the location, the cleanliness of the apartment. The living room and kitchen spaces are very good. Wjat we liked the least was the double bed mattress and very weak bedding.

The two story condo was clean and prepared when we arrived. The kitchen was well equipped and had some basics needed for making coffees, teas and basic cooking. The condo is only a few stairs from the promenade and the beach. We did not use the living room so much and preferred to stay in the balcony upstairs or in the glass protected entrance hall with cozy seats and wonderful views. The management was responsive and helpful. They also managed the check-in and checkout process contactless.

Adorámos tudo em modo geral.O apartamento em si,vista,localização,equipamentos na casa. O único ponto negativo é facto de só darem 5 pulseiras para a piscina visto que as crianças também necessitam de uso.

A piscina e a localização são fantásticas. A cozinha muito bem equipada. O que gostámos menos foi do sofá-cama.

O que gostámos mais foi da limpeza, os utensílios disponíveis, a despensa recheada, rede-wifi e a localização.

The location is amazing and the view is stunning. The apartment is fully equipped, really fully equipped: you just need to bring yourself and your clothes. Walking distance from everywhere. You can enjoy any moment of your day looking at the ocean from there. The staff is very professional and friendly. we will keep this place in our heart.

Geräumiges Apartment, gute Lage, Fußnah direkt am Strand. Da anscheinend off-Season war, befand sich leider kein Wasser im Pool.

My wife and I have just spent a glorious 3 weeks staying in "Bay", could happily have stayed there much longer. The apartment fully met expectations and is situated in a perfect location. Very close to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. This was our first holiday in Portugal and certainly won't be our last! Just a shame we left it so long. What struck us was that the Portuguese people are so friendly and helpful with nothing being too much trouble. Rental retreats were most helpful and the booking process very easy and with no problems. Would certainly use them again.

Sao Martinho do Porto -Apartment D - Block 19 Fantastic venue well stocked with everything you need, outstanding view, small grocery store within walking distance but very confusing apartment numbering/lettering with front doors on both back and front of building (we were not the only residents that found this confusing) see attached photo of numbering above our door (we were D-19?) we weren't sure if we could use garage and nobody advised us so two sixty year olds dragged our cases and groceries from back to front only to find a garage for our use needless to say we used garage to pack car when we had to leave! Negatives: We wish pool was heated we came end of April/May timeframe master Bed frame very squeaky (woke hubby up if I had to pee in middle of night), coffee carafe missing from machine, so used mugs to fill but there are Bodem's available, metal clothes dryer needs replacing with plastic as left rust stains on clothes. Pedestal sinks could be updated with more modern cabinets giving more space on sink area and would prefer a walk in shower rather than a bath/shower.

Eu adorei estar em S. Martinho do Porto, vila muito simpática, e muito bonita, as pessoas muito acolhedoras. Em relação à casa, estava tudo impecável, a casa era excelente, tinha tudo o que é preciso, torradeiras máquina do café, loiças, aquecimento, até tinha jogos de tabuleiro. Em relação ás chaves, foi muito ´fácil e a Simone muito simpática.

Pra quem curte varanda e vista.

Apartamento muy buen cuidado, y equipado, tiene de todo. Bonitas vistas, acogedor, con calefacción, aunque no se pasa frió en el apartamento. Equipado con todo y buenos gustos.Se estaciona en el exterior con facilidad. Cerca de la playa a 1 minuto a pie.Estuvimos muy agusto y volveríamos a repetir en este apartamento. Wifi funciona de 10. Cerca de Nazare, Caldas de Raihna, Alcobaca, etc. La piscina no la usamos por no ser la época, pero le da un plus al apartamento cuando se pueda utilizar. En definitiva muy aconsejable si se va con familia y niños. La chica que nos entrego la llave Laura muy atenta, nos llevo hasta el apartamento. La cama de matrimonio super grande.Desayunar en el solarium un placer y una gozada con esas vistas y esa luminosidad. Piso limpio y acogedor. Me gusto todo, pero por comentar algo, de interpretación personal, el sofá cama, lo vi un poco estrecho, aunque no me hizo falta usarlo.

This property is in a good and in a quite position a good view over the bay and very well equipped with everything you need including salt pepper cooking oil. the pool is very clean if a little on the cool side but not too bad when you become climatized.
