The ample kitchen is modern and well equipped and contains everything you need to adequately cater for yourselves during your holiday. All three bedrooms are generously sized and the combination of double and twin beds offer flexibility in the sleeping arrangements of your group. For extra convenience, this fantastic property has two full bathrooms including one with a jacuzzi style bath.
Of course the best place to enjoy your holiday is outdoors and the huge private veranda is a great location for soaking up the sun or enjoying some freshly barbequed food.
Facilities at the resort are perfectly suited to family holidays. This splendid resort offers three outdoor swimming to help you cool off from the glorious Portuguese sunshine. Children adore the mini golf course and get plenty of use from the basketball hoops, tennis court and ping pong table. Parents prefer the squash courts.
Complimentary wireless broadband is available in the communal areas.
Please note:
Whilst COVID-19 is still prevalent, a number of measures are being taken to reduce the risk of contamination in the Gilmafacho complex. During this time:
• Loungers will not be available around the pools.
• The indoor communal areas will remain closed. This means that it
won't be possible to use the pool table or squash court.
• In order to use the tennis court and mini-golf, guests are
required to provide their own golf clubs and racquets.
In light of recent events involving COVID-19 and in
recognition of the unpredictable nature of measures that may be
imposed by the government or by the managers of a complex to
control the risk of the contamination, it is possible that the use
of certain facilities in any complex may be restricted. Any such
measures are outside of the control of the owners, property
managers and advertisers and as such no compensation can be awarded
for any limitations to use. We will however do our best to inform
guests with as much notice as possible should we become aware of
any restrictions to the communal spaces.

- From 15 Sept to 15 June, gas consumption is charged at a rate of € 4.27 per KW hour.
Refundable Security Deposit: € 150
- The refundable security deposit is returned to you 2 weeks after your stay.
- The security deposit increases to € 300 over the Christmas and New Year period.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation fee of 20% of the booking up to 5 weeks before the holiday, and 100% when the holiday is less than 5 weeks away.
