With just spectacular views over the Atlantic from its 1st and 2nd floor (with balconies) and it also has a view over one of the pools so you can keep an eye on the kids.
Its arrangement over 2 floors allows for great and versatile living.
There are 4 bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have a King sized bed, the third has a double bed and the fourth has two twin beds and one of them with a pull-out bed underneath.
There are also 2 highchairs for use.
The two bathrooms, both have a bath and shower over.
There is also a third WC room for use too.
The apartment has ample space to dine guests at a large table with plenty of chairs and there is also a comfy lounge/living space with Satellite TV.
The owner has even left a games console with games for guests to use and also provided free Wi-fi in the apartment.
You have two great balconies overlooking the sea/pool and a private BBQ to use. The complex itself has a lot to do within it's beautiful grounds and you only need to walk along the coast line by 1km (10 mins) to get to the bay of São Martinho do Porto.
In the complex itself you have a tennis court, 3 lovely pools, 2 child pools, a squash court, a games room and a mini-golf course.
All of the facilities are free to use for residents/guests of the complex. There is also free Wi-Fi for guests in the communal areas of the complex.
Attention: Whilst COVID-19 is still prevalent, a number of measures are being taken to reduce the risk of contamination in the Gilmafacho complex. During this time:
- The indoor communal areas will remain closed. This means that it won't be possible to use the pool table or squash court.
In light of recent events involving COVID-19 and in recognition of the unpredictable nature of measures that may be imposed by the government or by the managers of a complex to control the risk of the contamination, it is possible that the use of certain facilities in any complex may be restricted. Any such measures are outside of the control of the owners, property managers and advertisers and as such no compensation can be awarded for any limitations to use. We will however do our best to inform guests with as much notice as possible should we become aware of any restrictions to the communal spaces.
Please note, we can only accept bookings from guests aged 21 years or older.

Rental & Booking Information
- There's a mandatory final cleaning charge of € 120.
- Please note that arrivals after 22:00 will be charged at € 25 to be paid on arrival.
Refundable Security Deposit: € 150
- The refundable security deposit is returned to you 2 weeks after your stay.
Christmas & New Year:
- Please be aware that for bookings over Christmas and New Year's property managers will charge an additional damages deposit of € 500, to be paid locally. Alongside to this, guests are asked to sign an agreement to vacate the property immediately in case of any anti-social behaviour.
- Cancellation fee of 20% of the booking up to 5 weeks before the holiday, and 100% when the holiday is less than 5 weeks away.

Boa estadia e belas vistas.
La ubicación del apartamento es probablemente la mejor de toda la zona. Tiene a menos de 5 minutos andando un par de miradores con vistas espectaculares. La casa posee todo lo necesario para estar muy a gusto 9 personas. Las habitaciones estan muy bien. La cocina muy equipada. Se nos estropeo la secadora y el casero se dió prisa en revisar el problema. La barbacoa esta muy bien para hacerla en el porche. Recomendaria la casa a cualquier familia y grupo con ganas de disfrutar y descansar pues la zona es muy tranquila. Nosotros eramos un grupo de amigos jovenes y si que tuvimos problema con el silencio de la urbanización. Un altavoz de smartphone y 8 personas charlando a nivel normal bastaron para que a las 00:15h nos llamase la atencion el casero diciendo que no eran horas, por lo visto a las 23:00 en Portugal ya hay que hacer poco ruido. Por todo lo demas la urbanización tiene de todo para pasar un verano increible, piscina, baloncesto, tenis, futbol... y eso que la sala de juegos y el mini golf estaban cerrados debido al covid. Se nos suministró Gel hidroalcoholico a la entrada.
Tolle Anlage, netter Hausmeister, Wohnung schön, Bäder und Küche sollten jedoch renoviert werden. Ausstattung gut, Grundsachen wie Abwaschlappen, Spülmittel , Salz, Pfeffer fehlten jedoch. Trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen. Danke!!!
This was a lovely property that met our needs during our stay, it was in a great location with a superb view, lots of facilities on site. A couple of areas that could be improved: The apartment could do with a bit of TLC. A number of shutters in the bedrooms are broke and need fixing. There was a smell of damp which indicates a previous flooding issue but none of this caused an issue with our stay, Would use again and recommend.
