This is a charming 1-bedroom property (sleeps 4) which benefits of fantastic position in the heart of a popular family complex in São Martinho do Porto with breathtaking sea views. This wonderful ground-floor apartment is set within a development that is unparalleled in the town for the range of the facilities that it offers.

The apartment is practical, spacious and has been very well decorated and equipped, having always in mind the needs and comfort of it's guests.

The lounge is presented with comfortable seating and is equipped with flat screen TV and DVD player. From here you have access to your private terrace where you may appreciate the magnificent view over the Atlantic ocean and also enjoy your meals outdoors, making the most of the pleasant weather of Costa da Prata. There is a dining area for 4 guests.

The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you might need to prepare some nice homemade meals during your holiday.

The bedroom has a double bed and a closet, which can be very usefull to keeps things organized. In the lounge there is a single bed with another pull-out bed where can sleep 2 other guests, therefor this property can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The bathroom is spacious and benefits of a bath with shower over.

Ideal for all members of the family, the complex offers 3 pools, a miniature golf course, tennis courts, a small football field, and a squash court. There is wireless broadband from the communal areas for guests to use.

Please note:

 Whilst COVID-19 is still prevalent, a number of measures are being taken to reduce the risk of contamination in the Gilmafacho complex. During this time:

• Loungers will not be available around the pools.
• The indoor communal areas will remain closed. This means that it won't be possible to use the pool table or squash court.
• In order to use the tennis court and mini-golf, guests are required to provide their own golf clubs and racquets.

 In light of recent events involving COVID-19 and in recognition of the unpredictable nature of measures that may be imposed by the government or by the managers of a complex to control the risk of the contamination, it is possible that the use of certain facilities in any complex may be restricted. Any such measures are outside of the control of the owners, property managers and advertisers and as such no compensation can be awarded for any limitations to use. We will however do our best to inform guests with as much notice as possible should we become aware of any restrictions to the communal spaces.

    Management Charges:

    - There's a mandatory final cleaning charge of € 65.

    - Please note that arrivals after 22:00 will be charged at € 25 to be paid on arrival.

     

    Extra Charges:

    From 15 Sept to 15 June, gas consumption is charged at a rate of € 4.27 per KW hour.

     

    Refundable Security Deposit: € 150 

    - The refundable security deposit is returned to you 2 weeks after your stay.

    - The security deposit increases to € 300 over the Christmas and New Year period.

     

    Cancellation Policy:

    - Cancellation fee of 20% of the booking up to 5 weeks before the holiday, and 100% when the holiday is less than 5 weeks away.

    Apartamento amplio, limpio y perfectamente equipado en un complejo ajardinado con piscinas, minigolf, squash, pin pon, etc. Magníficas vistas sobre la bahía de San Martinho do Porto a cuya playa es mejor acercarse en coche, sobretodo con niños.

    Good flat near the swimming pool. Perfect with children. Our contact on site was really nice. The beach of St M d P is not so far but with young children you will need a car to approach the center
