ping pong table as well as complimentary Wi-Fi access.
The property is spacious, practical, and designed to a superb
specification to offer luxurious accommodation. 2 bedrooms provide
a double bed and bunk beds making this an ideal property for small
families. The master bedroom has direct patio access and is only a
short distance to one of the resorts 3 swimming pools.
There is also a sofa bed in the ample lounge which also features a dining area. The kitchen makes good use of the available space and comes fully equipped with modern appliances including a microwave.
The bathroom has a bath with shower over.
A great apartment in a superb spot.
Attention: Whilst COVID-19 is still prevalent, a number of measures are being taken to reduce the risk of contamination in the Gilmafacho complex. During this time:
- The indoor communal areas will remain closed. This means that it won't be possible to use the pool table or squash court.
In light of recent events involving COVID-19 and in recognition of the unpredictable nature of measures that may be imposed by the government or by the managers of a complex to control the risk of the contamination, it is possible that the use of certain facilities in any complex may be restricted. Any such measures are outside of the control of the owners, property managers and advertisers and as such no compensation can be awarded for any limitations to use. We will however do our best to inform guests with as much notice as possible should we become aware of any restrictions to the communal spaces.
Please note, we can only accept bookings from guests aged 21 years or older.

Refundable Security Deposit: € 150
- The refundable security deposit is returned to you 2 weeks after your stay.
- The security deposit increases to € 300 over the Christmas and New Year period.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation fee of 20% of the booking up to 5 weeks before the holiday, and 100% when the holiday is less than 5 weeks away.

Un apartamento muy acogedor. Decoración sencilla y cálida. Con todo lo necesario. La urbanización muy agradable sobre todo la piscina y las vistas. Sólo necesita más mantenimiento el minigolf que está muy abandonado. No pudimos utilizar zonas comunes de juego por Covid19. Sao Martinho y su entorno es ideal. Gracias a Filipe y a Tê, Sofía y Leisse
