Inside, the property is practical and stylish, offering all the comforts of a home. The open plan living area is composed of a very well equipped kitchen with dining area and a comfortable lounge with cable TV, free Wi-Fi and a bluetooth speaker which you can use with your phone. This area opens up to the main terrace where you can enjoy dining outside or simply relax under the sun. The owner has kindly provided 2 sun loungers which you can use in your private terrace, in the communal gardens or take them with you to one of the 3 pools of the complex.
The bedroom is spacious with a double bed and built-in closet. From the bedroom, you can access the second private terrace which extends in to the vast communal gardens of the complex. There is a double sofa-bed in the lounge that can be used to accommodate the 2 other guests.
The bathroom is of good size and has a bath with shower over.
Certainly, one of the key features of this property is the spectacular complex it is inserted in. Besides the majestic views it offers, due to its elevated position, this complex has amazing amenities that will suit everyone. 3 pools, tennis and basketball courts, mini golf course, squash court and a games room make this complex an excellent choice for families. There is also a communal barbecue which you are free to use.
In the colder months, there is a Hotspot portable heater which will help to provide a nice and warm atmosphere for the cost of € 25 per stay. Please request when booking.
In low season the property is available for weekend bookings at a nightly rate of € 115, extra nights will be charged € 62.
Please be aware that if you book a minimum of 7 nights during low season, where weekend nights are included, you will be charged the normal rate per night (€ 62).
Attention: Whilst COVID-19 is still prevalent, a number of measures are being taken to reduce the risk of contamination in the Gilmafacho complex. During this time:
- The indoor communal areas will remain closed. This means that it won't be possible to use the pool table or squash court.
In light of recent events involving COVID-19 and in recognition of the unpredictable nature of measures that may be imposed by the government or by the managers of a complex to control the risk of the contamination, it is possible that the use of certain facilities in any complex may be restricted. Any such measures are outside of the control of the owners, property managers and advertisers and as such no compensation can be awarded for any limitations to use. We will however do our best to inform guests with as much notice as possible should we become aware of any restrictions to the communal spaces.
Please note, we can only accept bookings from guests aged 21 years or older.

Rental & Booking Information
PLEASE NOTE:
Management Charges:
- There's a mandatory final cleaning charge of € 75.
- Please note that arrivals after 22:00 will be charged at € 25 to be paid on arrival.
Refundable Security Deposit: € 150
- The refundable security deposit is returned to you 2 weeks after your stay.
Christmas & New Year:
- Please be aware that for bookings over Christmas and New Year's property managers will charge an additional damages deposit of € 500, to be paid locally. Alongside to this, guests are asked to sign an agreement to vacate the property immediately in case of any anti-social behaviour.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation fee of 20% of the booking up to 5 weeks before the holiday, and 100% when the holiday is less than 5 weeks away.
