Mar e Campo Villa is a great villa for families or friends being located in peaceful Salir Do Porto and just 1.2 km from the soft silver sands of Salir Do Porto beach.
This modern 2-story villa has been tastefully equipped and decorated and will meet all your needs during your stay. The bedrooms are arranged as 2 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. There is one double bedroom on the main floor with access to the main terrace and the master and twin bedrooms are located on the first floor. Upstairs, both bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and access to private balconies with table and chairs for two. The property can accommodate up to 6 guests in all comfort.
The living area is a wide and spacious open area, where lounge, kitchen and dining area converge to provide a venue and ideal environment for the entertainment of your family and friends. The lounge presents comfortable seating, a TV with satellite channels, DVD player, books and games and also free Wi-Fi for those that want to stay connected.
The dining area can seat 6 and the kitchen is perfectly equipped with all the appliances that you may need to make your stay more practical and to enable you to cook just like at home.
All three areas open up to the main terrace where you will find a heated pool, a rare-to-find feature, outdoor furniture for dining outside, a built-in barbecue and 2 sun-loungers to simply relax and enjoy the sun. There are 2 further sun-loungers on the balcony of the twin bedroom, which overlooks the pool. To make your stay even more complete, the owner has kindly provided 6 beach towels and 2 sets of beach toys.
The property is fully air-conditioned and the units also feature the function of blowing hot air, making this your perfect holiday home at any time of the year. Salir do Porto is a small town, but has a couple of local grocery shops and of course, São Martinho do Porto is right next door, where you can find more shops and a large supermarket. There are a couple of excellent restaurants that are well worth a visit, namely, Naco na Pedra (Steakhouse, European, Portuguese - 1.1km) and Granada (on Sao Martinho bay - 1.4km).
The large sand dunes of Salir and shallow waters of São Martinho Bay that run from the sea inland provide for safe and sheltered bathing, especially if you have small children.

Refundable Security Deposit: € 250
- The refundable security deposit is returned to you 2 weeks after your stay.
Christmas/New Year Season:
- Christmas/New Year bookings of less than 1 week, over this period, will be charged for 1 week and the security deposit increases to € 500.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation fee of 20% of the booking up to 5 weeks before the holiday, and 100% when the holiday is less than 5 weeks away.

Estadia muito agradável. Instalações limpas, muito bem equipadas, confortável. Localizada em zona muito privada e tranquila. Piscina com excesso de cloro!? provocou inflamações cutâneas nas crianças. O sr. Alex foi muito atencioso e disponível em todos os contactos. Recomendável para umas férias tranquilas de piscina (crianças) e praia.

Casa espectacular e extremamente recente, tal como a localização. Gostaria que fossem disponibilizados mais alguns acessórios na cozinha, por ex. esfregão, sal/pimenta mas já estou a falar de luxos adicionais. No geral foi uma estadia 5 estrelas. A cidade em si é um pouco aborrecida, mas a casa compensou as férias definitivamente.
Óptima localização, a propriedade é incrível, super espaçosa e bonita, limpa, bem equipada, super confortável e os anfitriões muito prestáveis. Recomendo e sem dúvida que voltaremos numas próximas férias.

Das Haus ist wunderbar für eine Familie. Sehr neu und gut ausgestattet. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, hatten einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort, der beheizte Pool ist wunderbar mit kleinen Kindern. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß. Die Lage verlangt jedoch ein Auto oder man ist sehr gut zu Fuß. Zum Stand/zur Bucht ist es ein guter Kilometer und zur wunderschönen Ortschaft Sao Martinho do Porto ein bis zwei weitere Kilometer. Der Ort Salir do Porto hat einen kleinen Supermarkt mit Bäcker, und in der Umgebung liegen verschiedene Restaurants... Alle im Umkreis von ca 1,5km.... Alles in allem sind wir sehr begeistert von der Gegend und dem Haus.
