The property is substantial and extends itself through 2 floors. The ground floor entrance leads to an airy open space area with lounge, comfy sofas, and TV. The open space aspect is ideal for entertaining and keeping a nice atmosphere where everybody can be involved. The dining area can easily sit 6 and the kitchen is modern and totally equipped with everything you might need to cater for your friends and family. From all three areas you have a view over the patio and pool, which is fantastic and very useful, especially if you have children. The property is fully air-conditioned and the units also feature the function of blowing hot air, making this the perfect home for every season. For moments inside, besides satellite TV and DVD player, the owner has provided a free Wi-Fi connection and you will find a selection of books and board games.
Still on the main floor you will find a full bathroom adjacent to a double bedroom with floor-to-ceiling patio doors which give you access to the main patio.
On the first floor, you have the other 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The patio doors open up to a balcony with table and chairs for two and has a view towards São Martinho bay. From here you can also access the other large balcony that overlooks the pool. The third bedroom has 2 single beds, an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the large balcony that overlooks the pool and the countryside. On this spacious balcony you will find outdoor furniture and 2 sunloungers to enjoy the sunshine. The property can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
There are several exterior areas, all with outdoor furniture and a cozy touch. There is a built-in barbecue and an outdoor kitchen area. Next to the heated pool you will also find a table and chairs for dining outside, 2 sunloungers for relaxing and the owner has kindly provided 6 beach towels and 2 sets of beach toys for children.
Salir do Porto is a small town, but has a couple of local grocery shops and of course, São Martinho do Porto is right next door, where you can find more shops and a large supermarket. There are a couple of excellent restaurants that are well worth a visit, namely, Naco na Pedra (Steakhouse, European, Portuguese - 1.1km) and Granada (on Sao Martinho bay - 1.4km).
This villa is spacious, bright and modern and it is a perfect choice for those that wish to discover the wonders of the Silver Coast, but also, relax and enjoy the tranquility of this quiet area.

Casa correspondente às fotografias sendo a piscina o ponto alto, água sempre quentinha. Quartos confortáveis e espaço acolhedor. A casa tem o que é necessário para uma estadia muito agradável.
The villa is very tastefully and comfortably furnished. The pool is heated to a comfortable 26 degrees. There are enough kitchen utensils, porcelain and towels available. There was nothing to complain about at any time.

Adoramos a piscina aquecida. Não é possível estacionar o carro dentro do recinto da casa. Teve de ficar junto à porta na rua.
Apenas com as fotos ficamos à partida com uma excelente ideia do que o espaço nos reserva e ao chegarmos não ficámos decepcionados. O facto de a Villa estar numa rua mais reservada foi um óptimo indicador de que iríamos passar uns dias tranquilos; Com espaço para estacionamento não tivémos qualquer tipo de problema após idas aos supermercados mais pertos (10 minutos de carro que se fazem muito bem graças à paisagem da zona). Sobre a casa em si, espaçosa e completamente equipada para se poder desfrutar de tudo o que a casa tem para oferecer: Seja para cozinhar no forno ou usando o BQ (coisa que fizémos todos os dias), máquinas de lavar, etc. Em termos de limpeza, nada a apontar, muito pelo contrário! Será sempre um plus nesta avaliação. Para além da vantagem de estar super bem localizada (com praias, miradouros, cidades e aldeias, restaurantes da região perto), o que destacamos é mesmo a privacidade e comodidade que a Villa oferece. Com piscina privativa, BQ, Wi-Fi rápido e TV, não haverá muitos motivos para querer sair de lá - excepto se faltar comida na grelha! Iremos voltar muito em breve.
