The Vale Da Praia Beach House is exceptionally arranged and presented. Boasting large living and dining areas to comfortably host 8 guests. Plus there are gorgeous sea views and outdoor terrace and gardens to enjoy the sunshine.
The Villa is arranged with 3 bedrooms (sleeping 6 guests). Bedroom 1 has a Kingsize bed, bedroom 2 has a double bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. If coming with children, 2 extra beds (travel cot if it is baby) can be arranged. Please request this at the moment of booking.
The Villa also benefits from 3 bathrooms. 2 of the bathrooms have shower cubicles, basin and WC. The 3rd bathroom is en-suite to the Master bedroom and features a bath with shower over, double basins a WC and it's own private (and secluded) outdoor space to let the air and sun into the bathroom - a very beautiful arrangement.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you require including the all-important dishwasher to keep chores to the minimum.
In the lounge you have comfy seating, a TV with Satellite TV channels, a CD and DVD player and games including a games console. The dining table can seat 8 guests.
You also have free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The Villa has central heating if you need it plus the owner has provided wood for the two fireplaces.
The Villa benefits from privacy being located in large grounds so offers secure parking. Outside you'll find plenty of garden chairs, sun-loungers, table and even a hammock. The BBQ is available for your use for dining outside.

This beautiful villa is just 1.5k to the lovely town of Ribamar and 6k from Ericeira, 15km from Mafra. In this area you are spoilt for choice on gorgeous beaches and incredible seafood restaurants from which to gaze across the Atlantic. Get to Ericeira for between €4-€6 Euros in an Uber. Ericeira is the number one hot spot for surfers along the Lisbon coast and also boats the most beautiful town with cobbled streets and hundreds of great restaurants, bars and shops. Highly recommended.
The local town of Ribamar is delightful and quiet and the local blue flag São Lourenço Beach is famous for the many restaurants specialising in fresh fish and seafood. This beach is located in a sheltered bay with good conditions and great for surfing.
You can also easily get from Vale Da Praia Beach House to play a round of golf at Campo Real, Torres Vedras. Or for cultural emersion visit the historic marvel of Sintra, the vibrant Portuguese capital of Lisbon and Lisbon's cosmopolitan neighbour Cascais. The property is located in a beautiful forested area that is perfect for hiking and mountain biking.

- Christmas/New Year bookings of less than 1 week, over this period, will be charged for 1 week and the security deposit increases to € 500.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation fee of 20% of the booking up to 5 weeks before the holiday, and 100% when the holiday is less than 5 weeks away.

The Villa is set on a hill with great views and is a stunning piece of architecture. Inside the kitchen galley is really well appointed and a choice of dining areas. The bedrooms are cosy and the master bedroom has access to terrace. The super friendly agent, Filipe, was on hand when we arrived to give us a tour and help us settle in, and gave us some great tips for local shopping and eateries. We had a wonderful stay and would certainly go again if the opportunity arose.
A fabulous 5 star property. We are a family of 5 and highly recommend this contemporary, secluded, beautifully designed and furnished house and gardens. The website images cannot adequately capture this unique and luxurious property that is bright, spacious and very comfortable. The entire property is equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing and pampering holiday. It has the best equipped kitchen we have ever experienced. As the weather was mixed during our week here, we enjoyed a BBQ some evenings, while the log fires in the sitting and dining rooms added to the homely atmosphere on windy, cool nights. There's a great surround system and selection of CDs and DVDs. There are plenty of excellent sea food restaurants and beaches to suit everyone's taste in Ribamar and Ericeira. Our teenagers loved the local surf school at the busy Ribeira d'Ilhas beach, and were delighted with the strong WiFi throughout the property. The pool is large and sparkling clean, as is the entire house. The panoramic views of nearby São Lourenço beach, the ocean, glorious sunsets, and clear night skies were amazing. The host Filipe was a gentleman. He explained everything and was at hand at all times if we needed him. The kind welcome gifts of local products were much appreciated. It was a pleasure to stay at this property, which exceeded all our expectations. We highly recommended it for a fantastic family holiday, whatever the weather. The house is top quality, the view breathtaking and with Ericeira just around the corner it never gets boring. Time just flew by and we highly recommend a stay.

We did Porto and lisbon as part of one week visit to portugal. we spent 3 nights in middle at this pretty spot. great location for visiting sintra or surfing beaches or small streets of ericeria. great seafood dinner, choose own fish, at Mar de Areia restaurant. also Felipe gave us access to BBQ and had a nice sunset BBQ kebabs from meat market in Ericeria.
