The bedrooms are arranged as 2 double bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, and one twin room (with two single beds), all on the ground floor, and 1 double bedroom en-suite, on the 1st floor. Therefore, the property can sleep 8 people. If needed, a cot can be arranged on request.
The master bedroom, on the 1st floor, benefits from having access to balcony that overlooks the pool.
The en-suite bathroom in the double room on the ground floor has WC, basin and shower cubical, and the en-suire master bathroom has WC, basin, bidet and shower over bath.
In the main bathroom you have shower over bath, WC, bidet and basin.
For evening entertainment (when the sun's down) you have a TV with Satellite channels including English channels. The lounge and dining area inside makes for a comfy relaxing environment.
For your convenience, there is free Wi-Fi available.
In the day time you can enjoy the outdoors in the surrounding countryside or just stay at your private pool and terrace area where you can use the sun loungers and garden furniture for dining outside. There are a couple of outdoor roller shades to help you from exposing yourself to too much sun while sipping a nice cool drink, on the terrace, by the pool. There's also a BBQ for outdoor dining. The area is just wonderful for walking around so this is a highly recommended way to spend your time!

- Check-in from 17:00 to 19:00.
- Check-out until 11:00.
Please note that arrivals after 19:00 will be charged:
- Arrivals between 19:00 and 23:00 = € 25
- Arrivals after 23:00 = € 40
Included Services:
- Change of bed linen and towels for stays of more than 7 nights.
Refundable Security Deposit: € 500
- The refundable security deposit is returned to you 2 weeks after your stay.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation fee of 20% of the booking up to 5 weeks before the holiday, and 100% when the holiday is less than 5 weeks away.
