Very nice villa in an excellant location. The villa had a nice living and dining area with a outside place to eat which was nice in the hot weather. The villa was clean and checkin/out was very easy and smooth. The villa has 3 bathrooms which was very helpful as the family could get ready at similar times. The location was fantastic, 10 mins walk to the loacal beach, 10 mins walk to the Marina, crazy golf and groceries, 10 mins drive to the waterpark and to the beach at the side of the marina. I would definitely stay again!

I would like to start off by saying we had a lovely stay at Villa Cove It's location is great, in walking distance of all the Vilamoura attractions, restaurants and activities. Entrance | Parking 3/5 Access to the villa is via a secure gated parking lot. In advance of arrival we were in contact to arrange opening of the gate. A remote is provided to open/close the gate when you are leaving/arriving. There are also pedestrian gates which are open/closed via a secure keypad (code). Gravel parking lot. Parking is a challenge, when the facility is busy, there is limited parking. There are other parking lots. Parking lot is a short walk from the villa, which means you need to transport luggage to and from car/villa. Curb Appeal 4/5 Based on the parking lot and the units you pass on the way to Villa Cove, you will first wonder if you made a mistake booking this villa. The grounds are run down, the villas in this compound are not well maintained. There is an abandoned discotheque on the facility, basketball and tennis courts are unusable - abandonned. As you walk up to the villa you are reassured as it is the most well-maintained villa in the complex. The outside has been power washed. Looks like it has received a fresh coat of paint, the outdoor terrasses are clean, door and shutters are painted. Reception 5/5 E. Lopes greeted us upon our arrival, she explained the parking situation, accomplanied us to the villa, gave us a tour of the villa and highlighted what we need to know (alarm, appliances, other). She was extremely friendly and helpful. All interactions with E. Lopes are done through WhatsApp if required during your stay. Villa 4,5/5 No surprises, the villa is as marketed, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 4 single beds), 3 bathrooms (3 showers, 3 toilettes). The villa is well decorated and very clean (the most important). There are 6 terraces, 2 on the ground floor, 1 off each bedroom and a cool roof top patio. The kitchen is well equipped, includes a dishwasher, stove top, oven and full-sized fridge. Plenty of plates, cutlery and cooking pots and pans. We booked the villa for 10 days, additional dish towels would have been a nice touch. Bathrooms were clean and are quite spacious. There are two standup showers and one bath/shower. Each bathroom has a hand soap dispenser (nice touch). Like the kitchen comment, as we booked the villa for 10 days it would have been nice to have additional bath towels. 1 large and 1 small were provided per guest, as we were only 4 people, we only got 4 towels. Bedrooms were also spacious and there is plenty of closet space where you can empty your suitcase and get settled in. Similar to the bathroom comment an additional set of bedding would have been great. Villa includes a washer and dryer, which is a nice touch. There is a drying rack also included. There is also a charcoal bbq available for cooking. We purchased charcoal and starter at the grocery store, bbq utensils also provided. The only negative comment regarding the villa would be the interior temperature. The villa is quite damp and cold. Space heaters are provided but they just don't cut it. Use of the fireplace would have been nice to take the damp cold edge off (wood, paper, matches). We rented in April where the nighttime temperatures were a little colder. Bed and Pillow Quality 4/5 Mattresses and pillows are decent. Bed linen white and clean. Additional bedding could be provided during the spring months as it can get quite cold in the bedrooms at night. Beds are standard European, low to the ground and quite small. Mattresses although not very thick but were quite comfortable. Facilities and Grounds 3/5 As previously mentioned, the grounds could use some work, but this is likely out of the control of the villa owners as it is managed by a board. Basketball and Tennis Courts are pretty much unusable. Grass was cut, walkways poorly maintained. Parking lot gravel, no parking lines so it is a bit of a free for all. Although there are secure pin code pedestrian gates, they are rarely closed properly. But not really an issue, we felt very safe and secure at this location, left valuables in the villa while we were not there and didn't have any issues. Internet 3/5 Internet for the most part was good, however at night it gets a little hit or miss and there was lots of buffering going on. Would we stay at this villa again in the future = yes Would we recommend staying at this villa = yes

Roof terrace is fantastic. Great place for us 5 colleagues. 3 full bathrooms which was great.

Great location- easy walk to beach and local bars/restaurants. Lovely house, spotlessly clean and really good communication/check-in with Elisabete. If we came back to Vilamoura we would stay here again!

The villa is in beautiful condition, it is very clean and in the best location for McDonalds (3 mins walk), great news for the kids! At only a 5 mins walk to the marina, and being within a 20 mins drive of everything and everywhere we wanted to go (including the airport) it was perfect for what we needed. We loved it, and would return.

We had such a lovely stay in Vilamoura. Elizabete was such an AMAZING host and helped us with all our needs and questions. The house was beautifully decorated and made us feel at home. It was chilly at night but the heating systems in each room made it very toasty and comfortable! I will definitely be staying here again! Thank you

A lovely villa in an excellent location (close to the ocean and to restaurants, shops etc), very pretty, clean and comfortable. Communication was excellent and I felt at home the whole time. It was hard to leave...Highly recommend!

La casa superó ampliamente nuestras expectativas, en todo sentido, comodidad, ubicación, limpieza. Elizabeth nos recibió y fue súper amable en todo momento. Realmente hemos estado muy a gusto y sin dudas volveremos!

Overall good communication and place.

Great house, good value and great location. Very clean and had all the amenities we needed! We had a little issue with check-in and had to wait for someone to meet us but overall, 5 of us friends had a great time here and we would recommend it.

Foi um enorme prazer passar o nosso Natal nesta casa. Fomos recebidos com um kit de boas vindas muito gentil com vinho, água, biscoitos , chás e cafés. A casa tem tudo que você precisará para passar a sua estadia. Apesar do frio (Dezembro) dormimos confortavelmente uma vez que a casa possui ar condicionado quente nos quartos. Usamos a lareira na sala e isso nos permitiu ter momentos agradáveis. A localização é excepcional, perto de supermercados e demais comércios e caminhando cerca de 15 minutos você poderá chegar à praia. Esperamos poder voltar no verão.

отличное место для вашего отдыха, все в пешей доступности, пляж 10 мин пешком, порт также. Красивый стильный интерьер, чистота, приятное общение с хозяином дома. Есть все необходимые удобства. Закрытая территория, что идеально для отдыха с детьми. Есть кондиционер в каждой спальне, летом для прохлады, осенью-зимой для обогрева. Нам все понравилось, очень рекомендую и с удовольствием вернемся!

Very well maintained property in a quiet location very close to the Marina. About a 10 minute walk. The property is on two floors and has a roof terrace.

Muy buena localización, la casa es muy cómoda para un grupo de amigos, amplia y muy bien equipada. La playa está a unos 10 min andando y la Marina súper cerca.
