Beautifully decorated and furnished to a very high standard, this villa has everything you could possibly need for a truly enjoyable holiday.
The comfortable lounge area has a 3 and 2 seater leather sofas, flat screen TV with DVD and local satellite.
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave etc. The dining area seats 6 guests.
Located just off the lounge area is a downstairs w.c.
The main double bedroom has en-suite shower and w.c, and balcony with fabulous un-obstructed sea views.
Second and third bedrooms have double beds and the main family bathroom has a shower over bath.
Garden area is fully fenced and totally private. Large private swimming pool with sun loungers, patio table and chairs and relaxing patio settees are provided for you to sit and relax in the glorious sun shine. A bbq is also provided to enjoy those al fresco meals in the balmy summer evenings.
The popular Firemans beach is only 200m away, with gorgeous sandy beaches, water sports and sun beds available.
Kapparis has a wealth of bars and restaurants only a 5 minute walk away, with supermarkets and banks nearby.
Protaras is only a 5 minute drive with its many bars, restaurants, beaches and nightclubs – lots to keep you entertained. Fig Tree Bay is worth a visit, beautiful sandy beach with deep blue sea.
The lively resort of Ayia Napa is only a 10 minute drive where you will find the Ayia Napa Water Park, a day trip to remember. Ayia Napa is famous for its many night clubs but also offers some of the most beautiful beaches, Nissi Beach being the most famous.
Larnaca airport is only a 40 minute drive.
